How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

There wasn't a parking space when we arrived, but my husband managed to find one somewhere else.
Beautiful, light and quirky apartment. Smelt fresh and clean. Comfortable bed.

Master bed was terrible , totally broken, decided to use other beds that was terrible too.the parking space is like russian rullete ..never know if you get one.honestly would never come back.

There was nothing i didn't like
Amazing host provided us with all the information before the arrival, and also during the check-in time, helped with the parking as well (you can actually see your car from the window of your room which is amazing) - apartment was spacious and clean, it included everything that you will need for your trip - coffee, tea, towels, shower gels / shampoo, ... Awesome location, bus station is just in front of the entrance, only few stations away is the city center! Thank you for accommodating us :)

There is no elevator in the building so it's harder to carry your luggage especially if you have many and a baby stroller
Huge excellent park across the road, absolutely brilliant Ukrainian Crimean Tatar restaurant Krym just around the corner, clean and cozy apartment, there are all necessary appliances

Apartment definetely needs some renovation. The bed was broken, also some shelves in the kids room, also the chair near the dining table. Parking was a little bit nerve wrecking.
Location was perfect. All the details in the apartment were nice and cozy and it really felt like home. We found everything we needed in the kitchen or bathroom.

It's not often that rental apartments are so well-equipped and furnished. You really get a home away from home feeling. It's visible in furniture (super comfortable), kitchen and bathroom equipment and small things like a variety of coffee and tea. Location is superb.

Really amazing flat. unbelievable value for money. the host was so lovely. it is about a 55 minute walk from the town but if you’re like us and come on city breaks to walk everywhere and see everything then it’s perfect. if not, taxis take ten minutes and are dirt cheap. cannot recommend enough

Perfect apartment! Nice, cozy. There was everything you need for stay in Warszawa. Buss stop near. Lazienski park and cool playground for kids just around the corner.

Karolina was very easy to work with. She was available to answer all questions. The flat was very very clean, well taken care of, and comfortable to stay in. We appreciated the coffee and tea available as well as extra things such as hair dryer, iron, shampoo, etc. It was very close (across a small street) to the Royal Park and playground. There was a crib available for our baby. Thank you very much. It was a very pleasant stay.

Double bed really unconfortable and matress must be changed.
Spacious apartment with small lovely touches and equipped to the minor details as earpicks or coffee cream. Private parking also available in the inner locked yard just it can be a bit tricky to find a spot if you come late in the evening as theres no dedicated place.

I enjoyed the location and the flat itself. It was very clean, light and cozy. I would definitely return!!! The host is very helpful. There was no problem receiving and dropping the keys!!! Just a lovely place.

For this place I can put 10+ for all without thinking - this was definitely the best place we stayed during our trip. It was third time for us in Warsaw and I chose this place because of Royal Baths park near it (as we never been there jet) and all was just perfect - communication with Karolina, apartment (I even cant imagine thing we could find there), place for car in the yard near apartment, some board games for kids, tourism booklets in different languages etc. We also visited café Karolina suggested as for the breakfast (as it was last morning before going home, we wanted to enjoy it) and after we had walk in the park - what a lovely place with a lot of squirrels! Just don't forget to bring nuts with you and you will enjoy this place a lot! :) We will definitely once come back! ;)
