Attention, there is no regular bed, but only a sofa bed, which is surprisingly comfortable for sleeping.

A small but new, clean and well-equipped studio for a short stay in the city. Plenty of storage space in the room, nice bathroom, kitchen and small TV. The accommodation is located right next to the bus station and shopping center.

There's not such a thing.

The place is conveniently located close to the station and the shopping mall, can be easily found. The building is quite new with a 24/7 reception desk where one can quickly and easily get the key. The studio was immaculate and fully equipped with everything one might need not only for a short, but also for a long-term stay - including a vacuum cleaner. In the bathroom there were amenities and a hair dryer. There was a small fridge, a hot plate and a microwave, a coffee machine and a tea boiler in the kitchen corner, plus dishes so one can cook their own food. The studio is air-conditioned so it was warm despite the cold weather outside. No need to enumerate all - everything is just as described here and corresponds completely to the photos published. Very good communication with the owner, he replies quickly and provides all the information needed :) Thank you for the pleasant stay!

I wish the flat could be a bit larger, but it is OK.

The host is extremely helpful and kind. The flat is newly furnished, there is a kitchen with coffee machine, there is a car park place rent option and the flat is very near to Central Bus and Central Train Stations.

Exceptional experience for the reasonable price: the room had everything what's needed, even a table to work, AC, kitchen, and it was clean also. Amazing location just next to the shopping mall, bus and railway stations, city center. Great communication with the host.

As a suggestion, I would suggest changing curtains to something more „black-outish” as there was some street light directly into window, and it was super bright whole night :(

There was literally nothing I didn’t like about this studio.

The location was perfect for my purposes - put the teenager on a bus at the station under the shopping mall across the street, then went to the supermarket in the mall to get a few bits for supper and breakfast. Took a short walk back thru the mall and across the street to catch my train to Germany next morning. The studio itself was perfectly designed and equipped for one person - the small space was very well used (thanks to IKEA) and didn’t feel cramped at all. Kitchenette, bath, wardrobes, desk and bed, all in a few square meters. Two large windows opened for ventilation - not much of a view, but I didn’t stay there for the view! And the place was spotlessly clean and tidy.

Sometimes noise from the passage - not so good soundproofing. It didn’t disturb me.

Perfect stay. Especially for single travelers. Room is small but everything you need is in: equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, modern and clean bathroom. Nice view from the window. Easy communication with host. Amazing location. And the best price/quality ratio. Highly recommend.
