It is a modern, new building in the city center of Goldap. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfest leaves no whishes open, it is excellent. The parking is in front of the hotel. Nice, calm place to come again.

If we have to think of any - we would like to see more proactiveness, attention and willingness to serve from the lady in the restaurant - e.g. not to wait for the last cold sausage to disappear before taking some more warm food :)

It actually exceeded our expectations of an over-night stay there. Great location. Aesthetic. Clean. Comfy. Welcome water in the room. Polite and helpful guy in the reception. Self-service check-in was arranged and explained as we arrived late at night.

Extremely friendly and cooperative hotel personnel (reception and restaurant), I was arriving half an hour after closing the reception and a very nice young receptionist said he would be waiting for me. The room was perfectly clean, breakfast and delicious coffee fully met my expectations.

This is a good Hotel, the only problem is that the walls of the rooms are not insulated against noise from the other rooms. You can hear each conversation and snoring.

It is a lovely, recently opened hotel, located in a very nice location at a stone`s throw to city downtown. The rooms are cosy and large.

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness. We especially liked the food, we had the opportunity to taste traditional food. I especially liked the soups, but not only. I recommend to include in the room price dinner. Pretty good location. It was not far from the area of ​​the Mazurian lakes, an hour away by car.

Internet / wifi is terrible and I am always there for busines it is for me a nightmare once I can't have online meetings. The rooms on the second floor have a window in a angled wall facing the sun and you can not block it, so the sun shines directly in your face early in the morning. Be prepaired to wake up early.

Building is fresh new, well furniture and confortable. The restaurant and bar is good and the brakfast is excelent.

We stayed there at the same time when downstairs were wedding party. They warned us, that “music may be heard” but it was very loud music and you were like at the same room with party. We have 2children (2y and 4y), they should have told us, that is big party. Our room was on ball room and it was impossible to sleep. Music (band) stopped 03:45 and then people from party did “afterparty” under our window. Got to sleep 5am, and only thing they sayd “sorry”. And like previous people mentioned “walls are like paper”, everything is hear.
