We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NetherlandsWe had an issue one night with the burger not being fresh in a restaurant, but stuff immediately offered an alternative/ or fresh dessert instead which was nice. We stayed between Christmas and NYE and breakfast was lacking fresh fruit.
Great spot for a family get away. Play room for kids, swimming pool/ jacuzzi and spa for adults . Free parking. Close distance to the city centre and local supermarket.

GermanySome remarks not as a complaint but for improvement: Receptionist at 11 in the evening was not very proactive when we asked for a drink (restaurant already closed). She said there is nothing but next to her was a wine board with wine for sale - once we asked if could buy a bottle she provided us with glasses and we could enjoy the nice outside terrace (might be a good idea for the hotel to offer a drink service at late hours at receiption). Pillows small (and only one per person)
Well maintained hotel with surprisingly good breakfast in particular with regards to the quality of the offered items. Hotel is in a quiet area with view, about 15 minutes walking distance from the old town - easy walk. Quick and efficient organization to get a taxi for us to pick us up from the railway station (remote place).

ItalyNormally in this place you want to realx. It is incredible that they do not have any gym or any fitness machine to do sport. Please do your best to improve that and buy at least some bikes and some fitness gym articles. That's will improve a lot your services. All the clients want to make sports!

United KingdomA larger quilt cover, being as i was a single person in the hotel room, they provide only one pillow, half a quilt which did not cover the whole bed. Also you have to remember that if you want your room cleaned you have to hang the label on your door handle, i had to do that but it was only because i wanted the water replenished in my room
