We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SwedenThe soft music in the corridors started very early and was so loud that it could be heared in the rooms, which is not so good when it is 5 in the morning and more sleep would have been good. And there is no reading light by the beds.

United KingdomTiny room, badly furnished and of a low quality furnishing, in disrepair in parts. Not answering the phone when showing my foreign number so had to hide my Caller ID to get through and book treatment. Balcony shared with next door and divided by a metal bar offering no privacy.
Breakfast was OK. The 2nd day we got freshly cut veggies and ham but the 1st day it looked as if prepared long in advance. Swimming pool was good, sauna was good but very small, jacuzzi was nice to have and massagist was amazing. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.
