Room was not sound proof, you can hear next room guy moving his body on bed. When I played youtube at the lowest volume on my tablet, someone knocked the wall from the next room, perhaps complaining about the sound.

It was showing chairs and table in every picture for single rooms but not all single rooms have that which was a problem to me for remote work but the staff moved me to a room with a table and chair as soon as they could Wi-Fi was not reliable

Unfortunately, the TV wasn't working really, i think the connexion was bad. Also the mattress was really bad, way to soft, too thin, could be better. The bathroom was small but sufficient and clean it was only lacking of places to put your toiletries and hang out your stuff like a proper towel drying rack. Also there wasn't any mirror in the room which was inconvenient.

The room was really nice, good size, luminous, own bathroom, nice little table and chairs, storage furniture, TV, wifi, close to the kitchens, etc.. The window was giving out the court so quite quiet day or night.

Walls are very thin and you can hear almost everything that happens in the next room. I hadn't got any luck as the couple next door were yelling at each other for two nights in a row...

Great location, friendly staff, good facilities (there is a hairdryer in the single room with private bathroom), the iron is available on the fourth floor and there are clean rooms.

I arrived late as my train was delayed from Katowice, my phone had died on the way so luckily I managed to find it, when I arrived there was no way for me to get to reception as the door was locked. I had to go into a nearby hostel and ring them.

I got a good price for a single room.

Generally it was good, However, I suppose since the doors are open on the 0 floor, there was someone living in the shared bathroom during the night and evening. So there been 3 bathrooms for 5 rooms, 1 closed, and 1 always occupied.

There are many families in the hostel, so you might have to hear during the day/evening kids screaming and running and parents taking loud in the kitchen. The bathroom was clean, but there was a horrible and strong smell coming from the plumbing. The mattress sags after while which was very uncomfortable, it feels like I was laying down on the wood. My room was too small, for one two nights was enough. The room was not too warm, the heating was not that strong.

My bed linen wasnt really clean. There was some dirty spots but I dont really bother because we only stay a night. My sons bed was clean though. Also there was tv but no remote hence couldnt be operated. But we only stayed in the room a while and spent most of time outside, so no remote wasnt a big problem.

The toilet bowl was not cleaned, the water was also not flushed. The room was too hot even with the radiator set to 0. Most of the electrical outlets didn't work and the sheets didn't seem very clean.

The price and location are excellent. Literally three minutes walk from the center. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The staff is responsive.

Only few rooms I think with a private bathroom. And Kitchenette should be per floor. And no laundry for long stay clients. Better provide mini ref each room. And laundry machine in each floor.

The place is accessible and in the center of the city. Best for long stay specially holiday season. Staff are approachable and accommodating and understanding. Kitchenette is good with accessories. With fridge. Nearby transport and most of the places are walking distance (museum, parks, churches and etc.)

The sheets weren't that clean. The shared bathroom in our room wasn't working, so we had to use another bathroom outside, which wasn't comfortable at all. Other then that all was quite nice.

The location is amazing. Just 5 min walk to the old town. 20 minutes walk to the train station. The stuff is very helpful and nice (there was some problem with the heating in our room, but the reception girl solved the problem). The kitchen is all equipped well. Free tea and coffee is a big plus. They have a storage room, which is very convenient.
