Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This hotel is superb for travelers departing from Poznan airport. Situated within the airport grounds, it's just across the road, easily visible from your window. It takes only 2 minutes to reach the airport from here. The staff is delightful, and the hotel is impeccably clean, offering a convenient 24-hour snack and drink service.

ItalyHotel very close to the airport (5 min) room are not huge but very clean, bathroom the same. Very comfortable bed. Huge tv. Quiet hotel. Very polite staff. If you need drink, tea or anything you can always go ground floor. Gym is also there ( small) hotel keeps very high standards. Definitely I will recommend it 😊

FinlandThere could be a few more tables in the breakfast area, one morning it was quite crowded. The beds would need a thicker mattress topper, I could feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows are too high and stiff, would need softer pillows or a few to chose from. The "restaurant" is no restaurant, just a bar. Not much to chose from and don't expect too much of the food.
Breakfast was quite OK. Fresh bread, scrambled eggs (but no bacon). Coffee was good with lots of choices.

United KingdomI'd have liked to have a kettle in the room and some teas/coffees. It's always a nice touch and makes you feel more at home. The room was very cold and the thermostat wasn't working. I solved it by sleeping in a jumper!
The staff was extremely nice and polite. The room was big and clean; I loved the décor too. I was surprised by the breakfast spread reading some previous reviews: there was plenty to eat and something for everybody (perhaps not so much if you are vegan but I'm sure they'd arrange something for you).
