Everything. The property was well located, it was so clean, beautifully decorated. Our room was beautifully designed and the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was huge and beautifully designed. It had everything you needed for a family. The breakfast was delicious and there was such a large variety. The service at the hotel was fantastic and everybody spoke English fluently. The hotel is next to a lovely park with animals and big playground so it’s perfect for smaller kids.

I liked everything. Stylish and beautiful hotel. The hotel is located near the park. Pleasant employees at the reception, quick check-in. Cozy, clean room, availability of hygiene products, hair dryer. Free parking. The buffet breakfast is incredible. You can get free coffee until 11 o'clock in the afternoon.

No fridge in the studio. It was not marked that there will be a fridge, but we asumed that since we booked a studio, not a double room. Studio is actually larger room with a sofa and very big bathroom. Breakfast was with many nice choices, but not organized very well. It looked like all the food for the entire breakfast duration time was served at once, so when we arrived 30 minutes before the end, almost everything was completelly dry. That was really a pitty, because it was obvious that it could have been delicious. Pool table very very old and damaged a bit with stains, cues without tops (overused).

Bathroom in the studio spacious and very very nice, very spacious room, salmon at the hotel restaurant, very friendly staff. Hotel restaurand is very nice, but they did not have everything which was written in the menu. It is understanable since they did not have a lot of guests. Everything that we had finally for lunch and dinner was delicious and very well presented/served, like in the best restaurants. There are two drawbacks: we were waiting for too long between the started and the main dish (aprox 45 min) and our main dishes arrived with 15 minutes difference (dinner), so we could not eat at the same timeif we wanted to eat warm food. We were only 2 people and there was another table of 2, so I am not sure how it looks with more guests. It is nice that there were possibilities to play pool or bowling.

staff was extremely nice and accommodating to my lack of Polish language. the hotel is well maintained and not from the interstate. near a very nice park.

A view was not good, but it was not important for me for this trip.

A room was really great. I had a stuio and it was very big and nice. Felt like a palace or castle room :) The breakfest was also very nice and delicious.

The room was clean, comfortable, the furniture brand new. Also, it was exactly as described during the booking process (a rarity). The bathroom was large and also the cabin shower. The breakfast in the morning was super, there was a large variety of food, meeting different types of breakfast habits, from classic italian breakfast to american, french, international breakfast. The staff was young, kind, and competent in running their duties. The location was great even though I didn't have the time to explore a lot due to bad weather, but there's a nice park just behind the hotel, with a lot of green areas, a lake, and outside activities structures and other amenities.

Beds slightly on the firm side, but I actually slept really well. Coffee machine very temperamental, probably needs replacing. Mini fridge not in every room, despite being advertised.

Good selection of food during the breakfast. Nice, spacious and clean rooms with big bathroom. Parking on site and absolutely lovely staff. Good positioning of air conditioning outlets gives good room temperature without blowing cold air directly onto beds. Great WiFi speed and availability across the hotel. Electric kettle in every room and a complimentary selection of tee and instant coffee as well still and sparkling water (provided daily).

It's not a real negative point; beds are nice and clean, but a bit hard.

Good parking space. Rooms have airco which works fine. Breakfast with lots of choice. Hotel is not located in busy area / city center. We had rooms at the back, which was very quiet. We don't know how it is at street side.

Pretty thin walls (the people next room were loud and annoying for hours - I understood every single word they were saying, only I don't speak the language), no smart-TV (no Netflix, no Sharescreen option, not even English audio for movies - only terrible Polish "dubbing"), bathtub too small (even for one, but especially for two), room just sleazily cleaned (stains from drinks on several surfaces still there - not nice!), fridge pretty loud, hotel right next to the main road, no fresh rolls for breakfast...

Nice hotel, nice large room, comfortable large kingsize bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, very delicious food for dinner, room service, friendly staff!
