Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Poland- About breakfast: During the week, warm dishes by menu (long wait after ordering), However, weekends was in buffet, which we preferred.
- Large restaurant for breakfast, plenty of tables (option for sofa as well). Wide variety of things, fresh and tasty. - Great hotel style, spacious facilities (lobby, room, welness...). - Friendly, detailed oriented and professional staff. - Perfect location, not only for bus & train, but to city center by feet.

SlovakiaLots of kids in the spa section, it would be good to have a separate adult and kids-friendly parts, but this is just a minor point. When coming before breakfast/during lunch the spa is pretty empty. Parking in the hotel is relatively expensive.
The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from centre of Zakopane. The breakfast was tasty and generous, with plenty of choice, rooms clean and well maintained. Wellness, although smaller, was clean and comfortable to use. I liked spacious bathrooms, quality of cosmetics and equipment.

HungarySomebody parked his car where was the electronic charger and we couldn’t charge our car. The hotel should do something and find the driver to park somewhere else but they didn’t do it. We couldn’t charge our car for 2 days.

United KingdomWe loved this Hotel. We were however, disappointed with the steak in the Marilor restaurant, not as expected. We did point this out and the reasons why but this was not acknowledged. Nonetheless all other food within the Hotel was delicious.
