Everything was superb. The only thing I would add to the rooms is more light for getting ready and a makeup mirror. The rooms were lovely but quite dark, so getting ready, especially applying makeup, was difficult.

Expensive parking, restaurant hasn't capacity for hotel guests, there wasn't place for me when I wanted take a dinner. Personal recommended me another restaurant close to the hotel, but it was terrible. The wellness has also not enough capacity for so many guests. A lot of people there.

Design of the hotel, everything in high quality in every detail. If you need to be in the city centre, then it is perfect location. To stay for one night is it perfect. The breakfast was also all right.

It's absolutely ridiculous that the only restaurant - situated in the nearby building - has a very limited offer at about 20:00. The only reasonable dish was cooked lamb, but within a minute I was told it was not available! Luckily, Kasprowy Hotel Restaurant did not suffer from the lack of imagination of their owners and restaurant managers!

Garage was alright, so were the staff. Also breakfasts, offering a wide variety of foods, particularly the local choice. The only problems - in my case - was the concept of rare scrambled eggs. The cook just added an extra water to them - maybe the variant of Polish I spoke was incomprehensible :)

The room food service times are wrong and need to be updated. I tried ordering some food at around 10.30pm and was told that the restaurant is closed even though it stated in the booklet that its available till midnight and longer on the weekends. A 5* hotel needs to be on top of things like that. It would also be better if they had a booklet regarding breakfast/wellness centre opening hours in the room as we had to call them to find out the breakfast times. It would be nice if the swiming pool and jacuzis were open for longer as many people preffer to chill in the evening/night before bed.

The hotel has a modern design. Breakfast was very good where you get your 2 warm meals from the menu as well as the continental buffet which has a range of different local touches. The wellness centre was very nicely set up with swiming pool as well as 2 jacusis and 1 outside. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Nothing was crowded and it was quite quiet. Over all a good experience.

Breakfast disappointed us. This is not the level of 5-stars hotel. During our stay we tried all the options from the menu: the only dish we liked is scrambled eggs, which we ate for 5 days😐. There are no cooked dish on the buffet, just sliced sausages, meat, vegetables, fruits and so forth. If someone plan to stay more than 1 day - I suggest to opt out the breakfast and eat in another place.

Service and atmosphere were great. Swimming pool and sauna area are modern and clean. We enjoyed it.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It is about a 2 minute walk from the train station and about a 10 minute walk from Krupowki Street. Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel also provided us with bath robes and slippers to use during our stay. This hotel offers so many great amenities. There is an indoor pool and 2 indoor hot tubs as well as an outdoor hot tub. This hotel has a wellness area with 2 saunas and a steam room that is free to use for all guests. We also took advantage of the wonderful spa at the hotel. There are so many treatments to choose from and we found them to be reasonably priced. The food at the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The breakfast buffet has so many options and the hotel also offers an a la carte menu at no additional charge.

only two working elevators for 12 floors. shower was missing some little nozzles. some appliances didn’t work.

in bathroom was a bit or wet smell, towels might be also a bit fresher also it’s sad that prices in a bar are so expensive, simple cocktail 56 zl, it’s crazy. basically all time bar was empty, I suppose if prices were lower they had more visitors. plus I very don’t like then a place decide for me to take 10% of a bill price as a service.

need little light the hairdryer wasn’t good ( turn off after 1 minute) also I tried to use the other one on my mom room ( it was the same ) but at all I like the hotel
