In the wellness and spa area on the top floor, the staff member took a while to acknowledge us despite us being the only people there. She was on her phone with headphones on which was slightly unprofessional. But no problems apart from that!

I loved the view from the room, and it was really lovely of the staff to decorate our room for our anniversary. It was comfortable and clean and I would definitely stay there again!

The room and the bathroom was a bit small for our family of 4. However, we had an option to choose a bigger room for more money. But if you plan to stay more in the city vs in the room, the size fit the needs.

Hotel is very spacious. It is very comfortable for kids of various age to play (separate playing areas) or to find a place to work, make a call. We really enjoyed meal and drinks at the restaurant. It was a perfect option for our late dinner. We really enjoyed breakfast - a great variety to choose, delicious. It was easy to find parking near the hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Kids enjoyed the special Easter game and liked the award.

The room didn't face the view I expected, the room wasn't spacious enough, under the bed I found someone's slipper, the shower gel bottle was empty, breakfast was not in the main hall as shown in the photos but in the basement.

The hotel looks nice, breakfast was tasty, location was convenient, sauna was great.

I didn't like that I didn't decide to stay here sooner. I have nothing bad to say about this facility and the workers.

This hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to most things. The price was very good as well. I've stayed at other hotels and this hotel was a nice facility--and honestly, it is such a great price considering the whole picture. Novotel was very close to Chopin Airport as well. It was about 25 minutes.

There were some noise between 9am and 17pm due to the construction and renovation. However, this did not disturb us because we were outside during this time of the day.

Although there is transport connection, the old city and the most sights are not in walking distance,especially if you stay there many days. There was a slightly bad smell in the bathroom but not in a level that disturbs your stay in an overall very clean room.

The hotel and the rooms were great and the personnel more than helpful. The breakfast was super with big variety. There is transport connection to every sight. They upgrade our room and put us in the 30th floor without even asking for it.

There was a great gym at this hotel and right next to it there was a nice small sauna room, the restaurant on the hotel was nice good food and the breakfast on the hotel was good too, the location was right in the center of the city very close to restaurants and clubs.
