How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Were waiting for 2 hours, because the room wasn't ready on time
Big 2-level flat. Clean. There is an air conditioning. The kid was happy because of ladder. Quite friendly staff.

While our stay at Apartment Odrzańska Residents Old Town in Wroclaw had its positives, there were several drawbacks that detracted from our overall experience. Firstly, the absence of a lift in the building made it inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs. Additionally, there were several maintenance issues within the apartment. The fan in the toilet continuously ran, creating a persistent noise that disturbed our sleep throughout the night. Furthermore, the broken holder for the shower head made showering a bit awkward and less enjoyable. Moreover, the presence of stains on the couch was disappointing and detracted from the overall cleanliness of the apartment. Furthermore, the noise from the nearby bar and restaurant made it difficult to sleep, particularly for those with early flights. Lastly, the requirement of a 400zl deposit upon key collection was bothersome. This deposit locked up funds that could have been used for enjoying our stay in the city, and considering the apartment's imperfections, it felt unnecessary. In conclusion, while Apartment Odrzańska Residents Old Town has its merits, including its central location and modern amenities, the lack of a lift, maintenance issues, noise disturbances, and deposit requirement should be taken into consideration when booking.
Overall, our stay at Apartment Odrzańska Residents Old Town in Wroclaw was quite enjoyable. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all that Wroclaw has to offer. The apartment itself was very modern and clean, although we did notice a strange stain on the couch, which was a bit off-putting. However, the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. One feature we particularly liked was the smart solution for the TV stand, which allowed us to spin the TV around, making it easy to watch from both the couch and the bed. Additionally, the provision of shampoo and shower gel was a nice touch. It was convenient, especially for a short stay, as it saved us from having to buy bottles of these items and then leaving them behind.

This is not a complaint, but the rooms were not cleaned during our stay which is no problem, we didn’t need the room cleaned but people should be aware.
The property’s location is hard to beat, on a quiet street right off the Market Square. There was no noise at night time, and no noise at any point in the building. The room was well equipped, although it would be tight for four people. There is a kettle and hob in the room. Good shower and the place was very clean. It’s fantastic value for what you get. The cafe next door is lovely too.

Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from Old town square. Within 10 minutes stroll to Cathedral Island. Lots of great restaurants close by. Exceptional quality accommodation. Spacious, clean and perfect for our needs. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

At least 3 nearby underground parkings were insufficient (those can take max 2 m. height), car was with roof rack, so only one option leave it in the street.
Location good to go. A few walk minutes from town square. Plenty bars and cafes just few meters from apartment.

It was a bit difficult to find the reception, which is located on a different street nearby; I guess it could be explained better in the email they sent before arrival.
Central location, very close to the market square, surrounded by several services like grocery shops and restaurants. Duplex flat, wide, comfortable and clean. Fully furnished kitchen. Ample bathroom.

They ask for 400zlt deposit,at booking they didn't say anything,they sent message after booking,i ask the reasons and the answer was for security, booking is not enough security for them?

It didn't have a coffee maker. But, they did supply instant coffee powder and a hot water kettle.
The apartment was beautiful and very clean! The location was great, it tools us 5 minutes to walk to the Christmas market downtown. Great restaurants just outside the apartment.

Overhead shower wasn't working very well and shower cubicle leaked over bathroom floor.
