We were on the second floor but not a problem for us. Shame they are re-piping the main square but this did not affect our enjoyment of Poznan. Building work behind our apartment started at 7am in the morning and was loud! Bathrooms definitely in need of and update, slow to drain, and one bathroom via the kitchen/dining area had no curtain for privacy. Lack of toilet roll and refuse sacks for the amount of beds/people but we contacted the host and they were supplied the same day. Thank you. Kitchen and bathroom toiletries poor.

We liked the huge spacious rooms, the high ceilings, the décor, the towels, bedding etc. were great. Such a very beautiful apartment. Lots of rooms and space for 7 of us. Check-in and check out were easy. Lovely city, so picturesque. Buzzing squares full of people. Very friendly people. If they upgraded the bathrooms I would stay there again without hesitation. Parking 60PLZ per day. We were able to unload and reload our luggage from the car in front of the building quite easily. Local shops everywhere. The tenement building was safe and secure.

The only critique we had was that there wasn't much soap/ toilet roll for our stay.

This is the perfect place to stay with a large group! Beautiful apartment with high ceilings and stylish interior. Everyone had a very comfortable single bed to sleep on. Plenty of space, two sizable bathrooms, two small kitchens and one large dining room with a large communal table which was great. My friends loved our trip to Poznan and we loved our stay here!

Great location right in the center of the city. Easy access and convenient to get around. Clean rooms and tons of space. Worked out great.

As a family, it would have been nice to have a double bed for us parents to sleep in together. We pulled the 2 single beds (in the 3 bed room) together but there was still a gap in the middle so this was not ideal. For 7 individuals sharing, this apartment is brilliant but for a couple.. a double bed would have been better.

The location is very good, only a 5min walk from the main square and about 20metres from the nearest Zabka (Convenience Store) which was handy for picking up a few bits for the apartment. The apartment itself is really nice, big rooms, plenty of space, (We are a family of 6 on this trip) Sitting area is a bit cramped but adequate for just a few mins sit down, and same with the kitchenette, its small but adequate for preparing short snacks.

- no blackout curtains, we could sleep properly as we were woken up by the sunrise early in the morning. We came for a leisure trip and ended up hating our time since we were sleepless the whole time - fridge was not working - the toilet's flush was not working properly, it was too weak. It was a terrible experience as the stool was stuck and couldn't get flushed - basic amenities like shampoo were missing - the floor was dirty and the apartment dusty We would never visit this place again.

Lots of stairs to get into the apartment. Reality does not match pictures unfortunately. The apartment is ok, but not for this price!!! Equipment is well used and definitely not luxury.

the bathroom smelled like a sewer. the water didn't drain so you stood in 2" of water, yuck. the fridge was on but never got cold. our food spoiled and we had to throw it out. very loud neighbors. not that I should expect it. but there was no body soap for the shower or any instant coffee.

the location was great. 2 blocks from the bars and downtown nightlife. the beds were comfortable, with warm blankets. out back was a wonderful garden to sit.
