Menu should have more options for vegetarians

The only thing for me that is a small gripe is the room size and beds were small and not the best quality but it was pretty standard for Europe if you are used to traveling in most hotels in Europe.

The location and views were beautiful. The restaurant, bar, spa, and terrace were all as advertised. The food was good and the breakfast Buffett was outstanding. Great hiking trails everywhere. The pool, aqua park, and the games in the basement kept the kids busy.

I would imagine with all the facilities open it would be amazing, but we did have a fantastic time all the same!!

Couldn’t see much out of the windows without climbing on the furniture

Remote area that requires a car to access. We travelled in winter and there was quite some ice on the parking lot and walking routes which can be dangerous.

Breakfast was superb. Rooms are ok, quiet and comfortable but nothing to get excited about. The views are stunning and the facilities provided are excellent.

Lovely place, beautiful location, great breakfast, but it's expensive, I paid moore for sweaming pool, because its not included.

At breakfast some dishes were not well cleaned. Some of the dishes in the restaurant (beef steak in this case) were not good (burned on the outside). In the room weird request to not use the hairdryers because of Covid (????). No A/C.

Georgeous view, nice terrace, comfy beds, quite clean. In the restaurant, typical polish dishes like pierogi were very good. A lot of attractions in the complex, walking paths in the forest directly going from the hotel, free parking... Generally nice stay with few minor issues.

We stayed on a Saturday evening, and they held a wedding at the hotel. Noisy the whole night, we couldn’t sleep. Not a relaxing stay as you expect when booking a SPA hotel, nor romantic. 200€ to be even more tired when you leave the place, doesn’t worth it at all. I understand it was a “bad timing”, but you shouldn’t accept other guests when hosting weddings/events.

Nice hotel, spa is ok, restaurant is good and the breakfast is awesome.

Hotel facilities are good. But wedding parties are make a lot of noise and people walking on the corridor whole night, therefor I couldn't sleep... The hotel should split the guest between wedding party guest and regular guest.

They have rooms at the main hotel and also they have a separate villa, we were part of a wedding group and we were the only couple sent to the villa which was not the issue as the rooms at the villa are small but cute with air con which you need it in the summer. The main issue was firstly the room had 2 single bed but they change ( put them together ) in a double bed, secondly they have the roof people doing some work and they were actually outside of our window, they were banging all day long from early in the morning. We arrived Sunday evening and the staff didn t mentioned about this matter. Tuesday morning was our recovery hangover day, we couldn t relax or sleep because of the banging. Also no curtains. I went down to the reception and raised up the issue, they give us another room inside the main hotel which was great, however I made my point that they shouldn't really booked us in that room in the first place, they agreed. The new room was bigger, 1 double bed and 1 single but no air con or a fan, so be prepare for a sweaty night! Also the duvet were all singles despite the bigger bed ( one each tho ), I guess you can t have everything hey oh.

The hotel was gorgeous, the view was stunning, the room were ok, staff friendly, food was great.

Room was little smaller than I expected .All the outside activities closed for a season.

Great location with beautiful views on the mountains. Breakfast with so many chooses .Restaurant in the hotel has very good food .
