The reception is far away and difficult to find. There is no sign of Oxygen residence at the reception. Not easy to understand what to look. Insufficient number of toilet paper, no paper towels at the kitchen. Shower cabin is too small comparing to bedroom overall.

I don’t like the safety deposit thing of 100 PLN that you have to pay after arrival. For one, you should clarify that debit cards are also accepted to pay with (I was stressing about it because the property stated only credit cards are accepted). For two, it should be highlighted on the site in big bold letters or included in the price of the apartment. Based on other reviews, some people don’t get their deposit back, but I hope I get mine back. Other than that, pretty good.

I think the room was pretty and prepared well, although you can see that it’s been used (little holes in small spots, small cracks in certain spots of the wall, nothing that is like "bang! terrible", but if you have a critical eye you’ll see what I’m talking about. It’s normal though. I’ve been here for one night and it is overall pretty good, it's nothing all too terrible although for what the price is (including the deposit), it could be worked on and made better.

Noise, on Sunday early morning in the room next to mine (also belonging to the same company) there were cleaning happening which was very noisy and disturbing. They did not care that it was early morning and there're guests in other rooms.

1. Apartment: is good, there is everything that u need. Is not the most modern one but you get what you are paying for. 2. the apartment needs some deep cleaning, it was not dirty, but you feel that furniture was used a lot and is lil bit old 3. location is perfect, a lot of new buildings with cafes and food spots there. Tram nearby.

There weren't address of administration where I had to collect the key. It was just described as Tower A without exact address. I spent a half of hour asking people around residence "where is the administration and Tower A". It turned out to be in 500 m in another street. And I had to go with my bags there to collect the key. I was trying to call but nobody answered.

Pillows were a little too hard/bulky. No salt or oil for a quick fix in the kitchen.

Ubication is ideal, right next to two restauration areas (Fabryka Norblina and Browary Warszawskie) and public transportation. Kitchen, room and bathroom nice, clean and well equipped.

The fact that you need to pick up the keys a few streets away is a bit ridiculous. I got the info before arriving, but still, a lot of places work with lockboxes, for instance. The AC turned itself automatically when I was out and about and it was cold inside (despite cold-ish weather outside as for the summertime). The basin in the shower cabin is slippery, so watch out! The location - that depends on what you want to do in Warsaw. If it's strictly for sightseeing or for a concert at the stadium, you might want to choose a hotel/apartment closer to the old town. But there's also buses and trams, so it's not a big downside, surely.

The room was spacious and tidy, located in a gated apartment building. Everything was OK in terms of facilities, nothing that would merit an exquisitely good mention. A good place for a 2-night stay. The staff were really nice, responsive, and helpful! My luggage didn't fly with me on the same aircraft and was delivered the next day after my arrival. There were no issues with Oxygen with the suitcase being left at the reception desk. Thanks!

The blanket was way too small for two people. Not a big problem in summer, but seriously, get bigger blankets. Some hidden angles need a bit more cleaning. Overall it was pretty clean, but some places weren't touched in a long time (you can write me for some hints where to look).

The apartment itself is not bad, it has everything you need for a confortable stay. Close to city center, you can just walk there, otherwise there are buses and trams close by. Kitchen is a nice bonus, you can cook a quick meal if you like to do that (we definitely do). The balcony was a nice surprise too, even though we were mostly out and didn't use it.

First thing that threw me off was the fact that the reception was located 5m walk from the apartments itself. The person on the reception looked like he haven't washed his hair in two weeks which should have given me a hint about the room. Everything looked nice at the first glance but further look revealed a lack of proper housekeeping (see MZ photos) - dirty night table, dirty fridge, weird stuff spilled behind head of the bed. The mattress was very cheap spring mattress. I also expect smart TV in a year of 2024. I expect more from accommodation in a bussines center of Warsaw.

Unfortunately, during my stay, there was a loud party in the next room with over 10 people participating. The reception was helpless, and since the apartments in the building are apparently owned by different companies, nothing could be done about the event. So if you count on peace and sleep at night, it may be disturbed by other guests. The mattresses on the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The locaction is central, but if you want to rely on the public transport, yoi'll have to walk quite a distance to the neares tube station.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Equipped with basic products such as soap and shampoo, and coffee and tea in the kitchen.
