Check in was very frustrating, we arrived early and waited around till 4pm which was not a problem. When we arrived at the apartment at 4pm the code we was given was not opening the main door. I was messaging apartments through WhatsApp and advising we are unable to get into building but they kept telling me to enter the same code which was not working I was sending video evidence to prove it. After 30 mins another traveller came out of the main doors and let us in. We then was trying to find the staircase to our apartment and was sent pictures on WhatsApp of a staircase to go to. After trying to get in this staircase for several minutes we was then told this was the wrong one. We eventually found the correct staircase but again the code was not working. At this point I was getting really frustrated as been travelling and waiting round most of the day. Eventually they had given us a completely different code which eventually worked. It took us 47 minutes to get into the apartment. When we eventually got into the building there was someone else’s clothes on a shelf which looked like they had been there for a while. This apartment needs a lot of work and there was a double bed but had a duvet which was a single. The bed sheet did not fit the bed and was not good for a cold night. Apartment is very loud of a night and the lamps in the apartment don’t work.

Apartment itself is very basic and could do with some modernising but fine for the price. Sofa bed barely constitutes a bed. The handle is incredibly temperamental. Sometimes it would open first time and other times you could be there a few minutes trying to get in. Shower wasn’t great - you could only use by detaching and holding the shower head in your hand. If you want something luxurious to spend time in - this isn’t it.

The apartment was very cheap and the location was good. Checking in and out was easy (keys were collected and left in a secure box). Sleeps 4 fine (2 x double beds) but whoever sleeps on the sofa bed is drawing the short straw. Wi-Fi was decent. If you want something cheap to literally sleep and shower in - fine.

The whole flat was a kind of dirty, also the towels and beddings including hairs. Hot water didn't come through the kitchen tap. Some things like chairs ect. were already broken.

Staff were kind and very quick to respond to any messages which gives you comfort in a foreign country if you are in need. Great location!

Too many things half-broken not enough crockery’s to use a dishwasher lots of draft from the windows. Gas boiler to near to the showerhead. Need some updating.

The difficult to get in the front gate and the cage gate. Almost trip by the floor isn’t level good in the bedroom.

The worst place I have ever stayed. I contacted them during our stay about things not working and how filthy the apartment was and they were very unhelpful. They just said "thanks for letting me know" Firstly: The key pick up is about 15 mins from the apartment. This isn't stated in the listing before booking. So we had to take a 25 min round trip walking with bags and 2 small tired toddlers Here's what else was stated on the listing that WASNT in the apartment and was significantly NOT as described. - no microwave -no toaster - no "extra large double bed" it's 2 small very thin singles that were also broke and unsleepable. - no working Internet. - no working TV - no playground - no sound proofing - Toiletries - pictures show multiple. There were 3 sachets of shampoo for 4 people Here's the safety failures of the apartment : - a man entered our apartment the day before we were due to check out saying p&o sent him and told him we should have checked out and the property should be empty. He entered with keys and my 2 small children were about to get dressed. - Broken sharp bulb in left bathroom. Which my 1 year old got a hold of - bed was completely unsleepable, it was broken. Again told the owners this and they were very unhelpful -blinds in front room do no open due to the lever being broken. Huge fire hazard. Here's the broken items - -Freezer door broken so couldn't cook frozen food -bathroom sink is blocked - lamps do not work - bed slats snapped in half - hole in sofa -broken arm chair - Cooker does not cook properly. Food was cold - light in bathroom hanging off - fire starter - TV does not work Cleanliness- -Pillow and bed stained so bad -Big black marks all over the floor -Fridge stinks -Cob webbs on window - window ledge is filthy - bed is disgusting underneath and over sheets

The bathroom water did not heat during our first day. However, they quickly gave us a solution, although it's not a permanent solution.

It's perfectly located the cultural site of old town. The instructions to enter the apartment were precise. The bed was ultra comfortable, so much that we did not want to leave

It was ground floor so it was pretty loud. The bed was small and there was no mattress protector or fitted sheet so the sheets kept coming off and it didn't feel hygienic to kept waking up and a mattress ... Overall all I feel like it looks much better on pictures that ot is in real life ... I think it was a little but overpriced !

Location was good, especially when you plan to explore Old Town in Warsaw. Apparent was clean and you could cook your own meals if you wanted .. ..

Property was run down, electrical cables bare/ hanging down, walls filthy, dogs barking, no view.. couldn’t even open the blinds, so much street noise, no facilities.. 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family for 6 nights that all that was provided, broken fan, not in old town like stated, had to go elsewhere to even get the key and return it costing us more money, no extra bed as requested, main bed horrendous, sunken in the middle, spiders and bugs on walls, photos very deceiving. Disgusted

It was on the 4th floor up 60 stone steps . We are both 57 years of age and had to take rest stops 😧.

Overall it was lovely and perfect location . Very close to main square in Old Town. Lots of different restaurants to please everyone's taste and pocket .

Wi-Fi didn't work through the entirety of the my 4 days stay and the responsible staff didn't do anything to assist, in fact they replied that they didn't know what happened and that's it. Energy went down in the apartment only, for about an hour, it was a problem with the fuse, while the rest of the building still had it, staff didn't assist either. Shower handler was broken, sofa pillows turned upside down so we wouldn't see it was all burnt, no hot water in the toilet sink. Staff doesn't answer contact number and through Whatsapp message, which is supposedly their "emergency contact" they don't answer either.

Everything was dirty, the bed (cushions, sheets, matras), ground (my feet were black after walking around for 30 minutes), kitchen (the fridge worked, but in the sink there was a spider waiting for me and the stove was really dirty) and bathroom (there was mold everywhere, the shower head couldn’t be hanged up, one of the doors was broken and the water didn’t flow away

The apartment was full of insects, bugs, spiders and ants. Dirty towels with hair in them and bed linens with holes. The toilet was leaking heavily, the shower was running on cold water for 2 days. The fridge was not working. The heating stove was not working. Lights were not working. The apartment was very dirty and it looked like it wasn't properly cleaned for months. Photos of the apartment was not in Booking.com - they were pictures of other apartments and not this one!

The location was the only good thing in our stay otherwise - nightmarish experience
