Beds could be better. But maybe i'm just used to different level.

Definitely a nice place, in the middle of beautiful woodland. Facilities are good, and food on the better side. Lots of space around, parking is no problem.

Nice and comfortable. The property is very well maintained with beautiful surroundings. It’s a perfect place to just relax and enjoy some down time. The breakfast spread was decent. The staff was polite and friendly.

WiFi signal was problematic but they upgraded our room to improve connectivity.

Gorgeous castle beautifully restored and furnished. A gracious and very special place to stay with a delicious dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The room has been very comfortable. Breakfasts and lunch/dinner food - excellent. The palace is surrounded by a huge park with many places to sit and relax. One small gate opens to walks along the Warta river. Through the main gate you can cross the village street and be immersed in the huge forest. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended

Room was rather dark, so needed light on. Information about the hotel in the room would be helpful, you had to go to reception to ask about the wifi code etc!

Breakfast, typical Polish hotel food, no complaints. Evening meal was decent value for money. The hotel is old so has nice big rooms, wood staircases etc. Nice reception area. Gardens around the hotel are fine.

Fantastic decadent glory I've never stayed in a palace before but I'd come back here. Extremely comfortable tasteful and full of character it has everything from a pool table to a tower (which we were given the opportunity to explore). Food was great with a stunning breakfast, and all exceedingly great value.

TV way too small for this distance (there's a huge free wall opposite the bed - why don't you hang a proper large TV there!?), no Smart-TV, pretty bad WiFi (only accessable in the lobby and on the terrace - no WiFi at all in the room), shower a little slippery, no garbage can in the room (only in the bathroom), awful rolls for breakfast...

Classy old building, cozy room, nice antique furnishing, comfortable large kingsize bed with a hard mattress, nice garden, helpful staff, good food (although not as high-quality as expected at such a place), breakfast plain but good!

Lovely, large and clean palace hotel. Very lovely hosts. Room didnt come with kettle, but you can ask for it and they bring one up for you with teas/coffee. They are very accommodating to any requests. Sam easily made with dinner- alterations to what you want.

I liked everything.

The place was amazing. The room was very comfortable and cozy. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good and the staff member very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back whenever I am in the area.

The old road to the place made us a little bit unsecure, but it was a part of the whole experience.

Lovely and romantic. Disturbingly quiet at night. Only a heron was to hear around 6 o'clock.

Some improvements could be: No freshly open cat food can in the reception it doesnt smell hotell when you step in. Staff in restaurant could be dressed in some kind of uniform like white Top black trousers/skirt. Dont need to cost much but gives a classier impression that suits the building. Fresh bread EVERY morning at breakfast is a must, whats the point with a lot of nice things to put on the bread if the bread is from yesterday? Dont let guests at dinner wait for almost An hour before they are told what they ordered is not available anymore. And dont serve half cold pasta as substitute if you gonna charge them dinner. We are familiar with area since 20 years so we choose other places for dinner the rest of the stay. Since there are now a lot of old castles and mansions made in to hotels in Poland you can not live on an old good reputation if you want to stay in business as a Top hotell and not an average place. This place deserves better.

Beatiful old mansion renovated for a lot of money about 15 years ago, now feeling a bit tired could of course be because of Covid times lately... Any way very clean room and bathroom.
