Inadequate storage, i.e. drawers and wardrobe space for clothes. Breakfast was in a very small room and not relaxing nor enjoyable. Difficult to pull suitcases over gravel. Lack of lighting between the two blocks. Kitchenette was very small with no space for washing up dishes, and the kettle cable laid across the small two ring electric hob. Normal hotel daily room service not provided - we wouldn't have expected this if the location had only been called 'Platinum Apartments' !

Good aircon, shower and comfortable bed. Taxis booked as requested. Near to a service station and McDonalds for food.

My room was poorly maintained given the profile and age of the hotel. Dirty carpet, fridge on the floor, and a poorly designed bathroom with traces of mold, moisture damage and rusted bathroom furniture.

Relatively new hotel at an easy to get to location. staff was helpful

You have to pay extra 10 euro/day for breakfast. And it was super basic. Not worth the price. For 7 days my room has not been cleaned or towels changed. I hanged a couple of times the sign on my door but nothing happened. The staff was just there but no explanations upon arrival about wifi, breakfast, cleaning. Just gave me the key and that's it. Value and price don't match in my eyes.

Modern and new hotel. Esthetically pleasant to be there. There are lots of nice restaurants and caffe's nearby.

No access to opening the window. Room developed a bad smell that I imagine came through the vent shaft. Offered an upgraded room that only had a sofa bed which was uncomfortable.

Great value for money. Quiet, comfortable, no thrills room. Very convenient for us as our son lives in Wilinov.

The AC was not working and so the room was very hot. Staff told us to open the door! Parking is paid even for hotel guests. Also not enough lights in the room.

So no replenishment of water, coffee, etc. (weekend?) - Sink in bathroom: 1st days only cold water (hot shower was no problem) - Water in toilet kept running in 2 rooms (of 3) - Before arrival we send already data for invoices. At arrival the invoices were NOT ready. Every day we asked for the invoices but we left a few days later without invoices. Women behind reception desks promised and were irritated when we asked for the invoices. They even asked again for the data which we sent on bookings before arrival.

The staff was not helpful, the room had a bad smell, they did not clean the room, only when i went to the reception and i asked for 3 times. The key was not working i had to go 3 times to reception, they had to change the room The Internet connection was terrible in the second floor (there are 3 floors). Poor breakfast

The carpet is very dirty as soon as you get in the building; the rooms are weirdly numbered, couldn’t find our room and even the security guard struggled, the male clerk was also improper, not kind or friendly.

The neighbourhood is nice, the building overall looks pleasant and modern as well

There are stains on the carpet and walls, and there is dust on the top of the shelves. The bathroom and faucets/sinks also have mold which means this place is not properly maintained. There are also no windows in the rooms. This place could be much cleaner.

Water pressure is nice and it is next to a lot of really good restaurants. The facilities are also nice, if you have a studio, there is a huge common room with an oven which is great for a longer stay.

When I came I needed to wait for really long time to get the key. When I finally got it and went to my room it turned out that key is not working. I went downstairs and asked to make it again. There was some problem with the system so every time until the end of the day I needed to go to the reception, wait for a really long time for one of the girls to came with me upstairs and open the door. it wouldn’t be such problem if not for the receptionists’ expressions and attitude to the customer. It was horrible. The next day when I left my room in the morning I put the information on the door that I would like my room to be cleaned up. When I came back there was the same note on the door and the room was dirty. Other than that - you can’t open the window in the room. There is good ventilation but it’s very noisy so you need to turned it off in the night.

Bed was very comfortable and location was perfect for my purpose of stay.
