How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The location is convenient for access to any part of the city. I was granted an early check-in even though I arrived way before allowed check-in time. I'm really grateful for this gesture. The cleanliness of the place was top-notch during my stay. It's good value for money and Lidl store and kebab shop a few metres away did me some good. I would definitely recommend it and visit again.

Only one large towel, although there were paper towels in the bathroom. Staff that is not in the best mood and does not speak any foreign language, polish only, but we managed to communicate. Small room, but functional.
Room is small but functional and recently renovated. Clean linens, clean bathroom. Location is far from old town, 30 minute bus ride, but well connected transit. Buses and trams at your doorstep. Number #180 takes you to old town, #184 to main bus station/train station. Quiet neighbourhood, except for tram which does make a lot of noise. There is a mini fridge, dishes and tea cattle in the room. Supermarkets: Lidl, Žabka and Biedronka are all walking distance from the hotel.

Unfortunately somehow loudly caused by street jazz in the morning. Nothing for sensitive people

No socket close to the bed.
The check-in took longer but the lady at the desk was friendly, the room was clean, the bathroom is very spacious. The location is convenient - close to public transportation.

it was far from the train/busstation with public transport
was perfect for my purpose - go there, sleep a few hours and leave :) it was clean and I only had to share the bathroom with another room, not the whole floor

I could hear the noise coming from corridors despite double doors and outside noise from cars and trams passing by even when the window was shut. Location as such is convenient but takes 30 minutes by tram to get to Warszawa centralna
Very clean and nicely furnished, good tea and coffee facilities, cutlery and plates, cups and a fridge.

It was a great location for public transport, very comfortable room. It was a great value for money and I will definitely be booking again next time I'm in Warsaw.

Overall everything was really good but just as a recommendation maybe adding paper slippers to the rooms might be a good idea.
Everything was very clean and nicely thought from having cutlets to having a TV that can connect to your phone screen. I think for its money it is a very good place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful as well, specifically ladies in the front desk. I also liked that they have a vending machine with some snacks. It is also very close to the markets such as Rossman, Lidl, Żabka and Biedronka, between 5-10 minutes by walking, very close to the tram and bus stops as well.

There was nothing I didnt like. Maybe ancient registration system (Lady note your ID to notebook not a computer) and it took like ages (10min) before I got the key to my room.
For the money you pay - place is really good. Just a very clean room to rest. There is a refrigerator and TV. Bathroom is really clean and comfy. There is all you need to spend a night and recover.

The shower and toilet is shared by 4 rooms, the walls are thin so it's noisy.
Nice place in Bemowo, it's actually a nurses accomodation. the room was small,it has a TV, kettle,tea and coffee. The shower and toilet is clean and just outside of the room. I can recommend

Reception works like a dormitory. If I would like to invite friend, even during the day, we would need to be stopped, explain and discuss....
Outside looks a bit weird, like a hospital hotel or dorms, but inside all is ok. Room was comfy and own bath

There was no free parking in the region. There is Private parking, however even though I searched on booking.com I didnt find that it was paid. Finally I paid 15 zł for it.
Liked the bed and the pilow. It was very clean and wam in the room .

Shower unit quite small.
Good location for the part of town where we wanted to be with reasonably priced exterior parking space as an addition.
