The room was not well ventilated. It felt like the windows weren't opened for a really long time.. They should definitely keep their windows opened more often. Also the fridge didn't really work.

We really liked how sweet this place was. It was at a very good location, near hiking trails and you could easily walk to the Zakopane centre and leave your car in your hotel free parking lot, because there is too much paid parking zones in Zakopane. I also liked that I got the check in info quite early with a message. It was in polish language, but I translated it and understood it. And the staff girl in this hotel was very polite and always smiling. Also they had such a good breakfast. My boyfriend really loved it.

Access poor as road outside was completely dug up. We had to go through the gardens of other properties to get to the guesthouse. This was difficult especially with suitcases in tow. This was not the fault of the guesthouse.

The parking was a little tight, and the room was a bit small, but it was enough for us. Our stay was during the summer, so we didnt have a lot of stuff with us.

We loved the atmosphere and cozy vibe of the house, its so natural (log house) and clean. Although small, the breakfast was still versatile and like home-made. There was a tiny kitchen on the second floor, if you wanted to boil water or fill your bottle. We had a little refridgerator in our room too(also a tv and a radio). We were happy, that we could do a very late check-in, since we had a long drive, and couldn't arrive earlier. The nice lady that did our check-out didnt speak english (and we dont know polish), but we managed to sort out everything together. The location of the house is very good, quite near the center (10 mins of walking or less).

Smell of the cooking food in the morning, which was coming from the kitchen on the ground floor. And also the room was really small.

The location was great and it was easy walking into town and to attractions around the hotel including great places to eat,Breakfast was very very good something for everyone from local cold meats and cheese eggs sausage different kinds of bread cakes and nice jam.The chalet is lovely and very warm,We did have some noisy guests but the problem was sorted.The whole of Zakopane is a Winter wonderland.
