There was a room with very noisy guests, they were cousing worries to others. One girl even knocked on their door and got herself to trouble. For the future you may consider to locate customers who may need a privacy at the end of a corridor?

Room was missing two armchairs which were on the photo and it was inconvenience in our case. Location is great, breakfast fabulous :)

The hotel has its own parking right next to it. The hotel rooms are clean but basic. They have everything you need to wash and relax. Breakfast was great - delicious and varied.

Excellent location, right the main market square corner. One foot distance from the charming park with a fountain. The room had the big terrace and very comfortable living room

Pillows - too high, bedding hard... Electric sockets are in wrong locations.. breakfast - lacking of Simple food options.. such us just boild eggs without Mayo, fresh vegetables instead of salad with mayo, śledź on mayo, everything too heavy. I would preffer Simple food: just boild eggs or clean cottage chees, natural honey, jam, some seasonal fruits: Apple, Orange.. we had our breakfest at about 9 and it was very quiet... Anyway i will back because of the location but i will not ask for breakfest...

Receptionists was not able to communicate in English, even basic words.

Perfect location, in the heart of center. Wifi connection was strong, size of the room was sufficient for 2 person. Parking space was quite well. Overall, I highly recommend.

We were suggested to take breakfast/lunch boxes to our rooms. Were was no double bed. Instead of it sofa or two single beds attached to each other. Canopy beside the bed rumble every time you touch it accidentally.

In each pillow cases had hair - including long ones (impossible to not realize them). Noisy because it’s nearby the river and park; people who hang out until morning and drunk people sing. Curtains are kind of office curtains; some parts are broken so not very privacy and shiny in the morning. Floor is fully covered by carpets (for allergic people not very friendly). No hair dryer.

The hotel is run-down and in need of complete renovation. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the room. The toilet didn’t work properly. The staff don’t know how to interact with guests. There was a member of staff watching the guests at breakfast. It was obtrusive and spoilt our breakfast. Before booking they told me it was 50pln for a dog. Later they told me 80pln!

We stayed here during the heatwave, so when I asked about the air conditioner, I was assured, that this is an old solid builing and it doesnt get hot in the rooms. Reallity was a bit different unfortunately. It was a 30 celsius, we tried opening windows, but there was a rock concert just outside the hotel, so we had to sleep in a sauna-like room until 23:00, but later was no better, because there was noise outside until the morning. Considering we travelled with a 2y.o, they could have informed us about this concert, it was a terrible experience. Hotel itself seems outdated, old, everything looks cheap and worn out.

Hotel is in perfect location, old town is literally a few steps away. Staff was really friendly and nice, despite the fact that few of them spoke or understood any english. Breakfast was nice too.

No bathroom in the room, although expected (it was a private room in a corridor). No clear information about the breakfast time - when I arrived to have it the staff has already started to clean it. No coffee from a machine or mokka.

Cleaning the room, refurbish bathroom , breakfast was a mistake -looks like lunch or dinner menu, not a breakfast at all.
