The reception desk had closed quite early that evening, before our arrival, which was not horribly late. The staff were nice enough to send a message with instructions to enter the hotel, and in which room and door to find our key, but checking into a hotel without the reception desk felt odd. The hotel restaurant is also closed every Sunday and holiday.

The breakfast was better than expected, the morning staff were very friendly, helpful, and relaxed. Parking was very easy, but the hotel did not have many guests for that night, either. The nearby tram stop, go-karting, skating rink, and shopping center would probably be great for longer stays.

...the rooms look a bit old but it doesn't bother me. The operation of water pipes is audible and may be disturbing.

It's a terrible experience. We could not get inside the hotel. Arriving at check in, we received the code to the door but the door was locked from the inside. It was already 10pm and we spent about 30-45 minutes on the street contacting the owner, he refused to come and open the hotel. After 45 minutes on the street, we were offered another solution - a hotel 4-5 km from the current one, we were assured that the class of the hotel and the room would be the same and we would receive compensation including compensation for the taxi at our expense. Arriving at another hotel, we were given a room of very poor quality, where there was a broken toilet, shower, fungus on the walls and everything was dirty. The hotel owner simply turned off the phone and it was already too late (11pm) to look for another place. Moreover, there was a deaf-mute couple (father and son) on the street near the first hotel, who had left their things there and could not get inside either - the owner just ignored their text messages. The next day, of course no refund was made, the hotel simply stopped responding. The photos below refer to the hotel that was given to us as a replacement. Of course, on the one hand, we were not left on the street, but on the other hand, Hotel Pomorski does not have any staff. This is a three stars hotel with no reception, no security, and you may not get back inside after checking in. We are in contact with Booking about this situation, but we believe that such a hotel has no place on the sites and recommend that never book anything here.

Location is not near anything, the luggage storage was not secure since I had to switch hotels before check-in. Not many taxis would accept Ubers at this location due to how far from the centre of the city.

The hotel was nice for a 2 star hotel.

It doesn't look inside like on the pictures. Door is like a paper sheet, not protecting from any sounds outside. Toilet is creepy, just like back in '90. I'm surprised by the price/quality value.

Attention! hotel does not look like shown in photos! The furniture was outdated and definitely the bathroom was old and needs a refreshment. The beds were very much used, not comfy. Breakfast did not look appetizing at all so we did not take it. Seems to be that this hotel is used rather for a overnight stop for the construction workers. They often were outside smoking and chatting - unfortunately we got the room at the front, so hardly could sleep.
