How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

A bit noisy outside from campers outside.
Nice pool/sauna zone. Clean room. Nice bar/restaurant. A bit overpriced, but we had a stay on Polish holiday, so it depends on it. Food and drinks were ok.

WiFi connection might be unstable. With only by car accessible site and big parking lot, requesting for extra parking fee seemed strange.
Lakeside location is perfect for nature loving guests. Two saunas with a pool provides nice relaxation after the ride to a remote place. Whenever you need to drive through Northern Poland (To Baltics), it is geographically reasonable stopover.

Obviously, hotel is closing gates to the territory at some moment - unfortunately, no one told us this information at the reception, so we were forced to leave our car outside as in the evening there is no people at the reception. I need to check, have they charged for the parking as it is for fee...
Nice place to enjoy beautiful nature and very near lakeside. Good breakfast. Rooms are clean. Sound isolation level good, almost no sounds from neighbour rooms. City center is not far from hotel - reachable by car in some 10 minutes. Boyen fortress is a must see place, which is also reachable by car in 8-10 minutes.

Extra charge for parking. At this occasion it was free of charge as a good will of gesture.
It was clean and spacious also modern. All the amenities were in place.

Extra charge (however small) for parking. Also not to specific fault of hotel, motorboat we booked was broken and not available. Aircon underperforming
Good size room with decent decor. Good spa and pool facilities although need better management of as not always performing to 100%

For a winter visit and a remote place: There is no kettle in the room. No vending machine in the lobby.
For a winter visit while it's cold and the snow is covering everything: Sauna and swimming pool are working properly and they were great. The room is specious enough. Breakfast was good. The staff were very nice.

There is not much infrastructure in walking distance (just one other restaurant) and the hotel restaurant itself had very inattentive service and overcooked meals. Everything seemed a bit unfinished and like they were just about to finish construction work, but I guess this will change soon and the facility will get the groove.
The location is a bit off the busy spots in a calm place on the lakeside. The staff was very friendly and the spa area was great.

the bar and restaurant area was only open till 10pm even though there is a high season. It was not possible to buy anything after this hour. Breakfast was rather poor - scrambled eggs were too salty, choice of products was not too wide. Swimming pool area was satisfactory although the kids pool was rather too small. We had a space reserved for the boat however when we swam over, the space was taken by someone else as the Bosman gave it away so we had to squeeze into a different area, which was already fully booked and packed.
Nice location, really nice and cosy kids' play room and comfortable rooms.

Restaurant for dinner closes at 2100. For Poland level below avarage breakfast starts from 0730 till 0900, and actually it was served around 0800, definitely not for working and transit guys. Also it's too short service time if you want to use pool before breakfast. Pool works from 0800 till 2100. Just info for those who come late and choose hotel with swimming pool. Beds are covered with some film under bed sheet. It will make you back to sweat. We was out of season, and parking in this time could be fir free, as parking lot was empty.
