The owner or manager has not sent access information (passwords to the entrance, apartment, room) to the apartment! I had to wait about 2 hours for him to reset the information! Considering that check-in is at 16:00, it is not pleasant!

It would be good, if on booking.com was more clear description, that we rent room in apt. Also doors make loud sound, so we heard all our neighbors during night, when they go in and out of rooms. No restaurants or cafes around. But it is shop with snacks on other side of street. And another quest (woman), who like we, think that she book room in hotel, was such upset, that she yell on my husband…

It was good place to get to, tram line near, bus. It was very clean in apartments (but it’s not hotel, it’s apartment on 4 rooms!), nice kitchen, two bathrooms. Plates, cups, glasses are on kitchen. Nice design, nice matras on bed. Staffs very helpful (they on phone)

Very cozy and comfortable location, everything organized very well! New furniture, small but comfortable enough room, everything needed to stay for a couple of nights. Not far from Chopin Airport (10 minutes by car approx.). Common kitchen with all needed.

Quiet, clean and cozy for a short stay. There are 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. A kitchen with separate lockers for each room. 10 minutes by car to the airport.

There was a cockroach in the kitchen. It was disgusting. The first day the bathroom and toilet was dirty, full of hair, but the next day the cleaner came. It’s not allowed to smoke, but there were people who smoked all the time inside the property. So after staying there I can feel the smell of the cigarettes on my clothes. You can hear everything: when somebody opens or closes the door or uses the bathroom etc. I think it’s a bit overpriced.

Clean room and linens. Wardrobe for the clothes and a table to sit with a laptop. Big kitchen with staff to cook. Coffee machine. But they gave me only 2 capsules for 7 night stay…

Too soft mattresses (But this is a personal opinion)

- Location: a quiet place, the territory is fenced, at 15.30-15.45 - they send codes from the gate, entrance doors (so it is desirable to have Internet access) * as an option, there is a McDonald's across the road with free wifi); Within walking distance: Zabka, Bedronka, Carrefour, Moktov Gallery, PKO Bank; The center can be reached by two tram lines (+- 10 minutes of travel), the nearest metro station (20 minutes of travel), buses nearby (but we did not ride them) - Apartment: consists of two double rooms and two single rooms, two bathrooms, a common well-equipped kitchen. Cleaning of the common area (bathrooms, kitchen) took place every day; We lived for a week in a double room: a wide bed, a large closet, a TV with YouTube, a present: water, coffee and tea - only positive emotions remained.

Everything is pretty good but this is a minor picking anyway During my stay I opened the window of my room which overlooks a small backyard, later I noticed a lot of mosquitoes roaming around the light in my room. This can be solved fairly easy by just putting a bug trap or insect zapper.

Location is near to chopin airport, rooms are clean with complementary chocolates, tea, cofee and water. The hostel has 4 rooms with 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Every house essential item is there, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, utensils and microwave. Łukasz is very cooperative and welcoming and takes good care of his clients.

All facility, including rooms smells very bad, maybe because of shared kitchen. Shared bathroom and toilet did not mentioned clearly while booking the room. I diappointed when I areived to facility and saw the sharing kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
