Only the bathroom had some issues: the shower could not be hung to the wall (you ha d to use it by hand) and the shower floor felt inflated. Hairdryer did not work either. None hindered the good overall experience much.

My go-to hotel every time I need to go out and about in Krakow (painting in my flat) Street views (in my case, an interior patio), close to transport and nice surroundings, with restaurants and shops at walking distance. The building is safe and well kept, the hotel is organized and accesible. Did not have breakfast, just dinner, but the kitchen is as cosy as ever.

That I only had a limited time to enjoy - I am staying due to a huge painting and pest erradication task near my apartment. I have stayed here before and it's my go-to place when I require a short move-out. Beds could be a tiny bit more fluffy, but nothing major.

I didn't use the kitchen, only the dormitory. All facilities were clean, the elevator was quiet and swift. The bathroom was nice, warm water and well maintained facilities.

Some guests were playing loud music and singing in their rooms during the night. They quieted down after some time though.

The check-in, considering that I reached at night, was quick and the room was was clean. For added security, you have to enter a passcode for accessing the floors after around midnight. There is a pantry on the top floor that is well-equipped with kitchen utensils and a microwave.

In general it was a good experience except that when people cook in the kitchen the room was smelling too much.

It's like 20 min walk from the old Town in a good location with everything you need around. I would recommend it as a good value for money and the room had comfortable mattresses and it was spacious.

The room was really clean and the beds were super comfortable! There is also a well-equipped kitchen down the hall. Location was good, around 25-minutes walk to the centre and about a 5 minutes ride by tram.

On our second night here we were periodically awakened by noise. As we found out in the morning, it was vacuum cleaner working. Noise was really annoying.

The hostel is situated in a walking distance from the city center. It is comfortable and clean. It was more like a hotel than a hostel.

there is a kitchen that is by far underequiped for the number of rooms (number of guests), that this hostel has. There wasn't even many people while we were using the kitchen, but there was a line to the sink/water/water heater, not enough kitchen utensils, mugs, etc..

The beds are smaller than normal for one person (room with two single beds) and the mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable (maybe rather used). The towels didn't feel clean. The soundproofing is not great between the rooms and between the rooms and the corridor.

The room was always warm (winter time) and with hot water in the shower. The kitchen is well equipped and you can make a coffee, tea or cocoa all the time for free.
