Great hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable clean room with good beds and 2 pillows on each person. Tasty breakfast with cold appetizers (assorted) and hot one on your choice (scrambled eggs, sausages or toasts with cheese). Breakfast is served on -1 floor. If you need to leave your luggage after check-out, you can do it next to reception.

Really welcoming hotel, super friendly staff. Breakfast is great. The hotel itself is really old but well maintained and the bedroom was cute and comfortable. I would stay here again next visit yo Malbork.

great location - easy to find 'cause located by the main road and close to the castle about 10 minutes on foot. very clean, and comfortable inside, with nice old-fashioned looking rooms and the dining area. big breakfast with a range of stuff to eat and nice coffee. a kind and helpful staff. parking facility available.

We stayed here for one night, for a visit to Malbork castle. Premium bed and breakfast is located less than a 5 min walk from the castle. The host was attentive, very sweet and friendly. First impression when entering the lobby was a clean, nice smelling establishment and it had a light, well thought out decor. Same with the room we stayed in. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Great water pressure in the shower (important when you have long hair!) And don’t get me started on breakfast! It was definitely the highlight of the stay! Easy to get in and out with a keycard.

1 - Location: very close to the Malbork castle, like just a few minutes walk. 2 - The bed is comfortable. 3 - The breakfast - The best one I've ever experienced! Superb! If you didn't see the picture on the internet, it will amaze you for sure.

Only minor complaint is that it would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room.

Perfect location only a few minutes walk to the Malbork Castle, with free parking right behind the hotel. Excellent breakfast and friendly service. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with working AC.

The booking indicated free breakfast which was not true. The breakfast was 40 PLN which would have been fine had we planned for it. The biggest miss for us was a horrible mattress which prevented us from sleeping all night. It was a such a state of degeneration with shifting what felt like metal coils and layers of old material digging into parts of the body. I had to double up my blanket to sleep on it and only had a sheet to cover myself. I couldn't wait for daylight to get our day rolling.

The location was excellent as our primary goal was to visit the castle. The staff was waiting for us upon arrival and was gracious. The building was clean and secure.

I had booked a room upgrade - but the hotel did not seem to have the details. I did get a decent enough room after I refused the first one offered - but it was not the triple room with the private entrance I had booked.

No staff at checkout. I had a couple questions about the area and nobody was there. Not a big deal though. I saw a couple others had just left their keys on the counter, so I did the same.

The bedroom was comfortable. Great location. Maybe 100m from the castle.

The room was too small for 3 people, no phone, no place to store your clothing, and no refridgerator. They did give us an extra blanket and pillow.
