Unfortunately the hotel charges you A LOT of money for parking your car. I never go back to such places. The hotel has a very strange and confusing structure - I had propblems finding my room.

Room wasn’t clean enough. Cobwebs in the corners of the room, housekeeping didn’t clean our room on 3rd night.

No signs in the whole hotel. Next to none! The hotel is not big, so it is easy to find your way around, but it would be helpful to have proper sign posts! At reception, take a lift to 1 floor, then walk to the other end of the long hallway and take another lift to the 3rd floor. Don't forget your way back, lol. Se my pictures and play the game: 1-find the restaurant, 2- find floor number and room numbers 3- guess where this lift is going to take you. It's not a huge problem, but it can make guests' lives much easier.

Excellent location. And it is really nice as for 3 stars! It's a bit dated but clean and spacious. Worth booking if you like firm mattress.

There were very noisy at morning, you can hear every sound from hallway. Also, there is no socket near bed, not a critical problem, but uncomfortable

The hotel is huge and therefore chilly, with lots of drafts. The room was fine, though, warm, and comfortable.

The breakfast was extraordinary; such a fine selection of foods and tastes. The restaurant workers were extremely qualified and very friendly - both at dinner and breakfast.

You start from an elevator in the four star section of the hotel get to 1st floor then walk to the next elevator if you are on the 3 star section.

My mattress was not comfortable and perhaps needs changing. TV only had few stations and I couldn’t work out if there was anything else I had to press. A manual would be helpful, unless it only had those few polish stations, then it made sense.

It’s a long walk to get to the rooms.

This is a great, basic stopover hotel on the way to Ukraine. It’s in easy striking distance to the border. It’s a bit of a period piece to Poland of 40 years ago - a strange Soviet floor plan and room layout. The restaurant seems to be empty most of the time but still turns out really nice food. Close to shops you might need. Great, easy parking. I really like it here.

Their SatNav instructions take you to a closed gate at the rear of the property. it’s not impossible to figure out the solution but there is no signage to let you know it is the hotel or that you need to find the front of the hotel, After a long journey this isn’t the greeting you need. my room was generally clean but the hot tap in the shower was held on by electrical take. There are no power sockets by the bed so phone charging had to be done across the room by unplugging the kettle.

The hotel was in a great location.

Sink in the bathroom is destroyed. Girl on reception gave information that serving breakfast starts from 7 oclock. We were waiting from 6 to 7 oclock but when we were downstairs another girl said that its from 9 a. m. And she advised to have a breakfast on the gas station behind.
