Rooms were not cleaned every day in spite of calling room service. The bathroom design is not user friendly.

The breakfast was great and so was the massage offered. The location is excellent, great both for running and lake sports.

I was a bit disappointed with the room. It was too simple not well decorated. The rooms with the view to the car park / train are a bit noisy.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the lake and still, not far from the city. All the facilities were really good. I liked a lot the common areas - the terraces are wonderful and offer a great view. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and very good. The food in the restaurant is superb.

It was a pity to leave the hotel behind ....

This wasn't our first visit to this hotel, but anyway we were again positively surprised. It was really great to make use of the beautiful SPA facilities, the staff was again very friendly and their flexibility regarding i.e. checking out a bit later is really great. We had diner in the restaurant as well, which was delicious.

The recepcionist was not too welcoming, unfortunately. She gave us the key to the room, didn't tell us how to get to the room (it truly is not that intuitive) and didn't tell us at what time the breakfast is served. At breakfast there was no plant-based milk on none of the days we stayed.

Sound proofness of room and doors are really bad. It was pretty booked hotel at our visit day and some Christmas evening was held, so during the night you can hear everything, I mean everything, what is happening in the hall. It was really discomfort. In your room, you can hear what your neighbor is doing, how he goes to the toilet, uses water, etc. So much money invested in the environment, the hotel and such a tragedy with sound resistance. Not recommended if you want to sleep at night

The area is nice for a walk, we had a 4,5 km walk along the lake coast, and a longer walk to the old town and Browar Warmia. The hotel is in a good spot, with some nice restaurants around, we could recommend it but with the remark that you better check if you are not arriving with a group from a corporation whose weekend targets are on the contrary to yours.

There are pros and cons of our visit. In general the weekend was nice. The room was medium size, but enough to squeeze in 2 people doing morning yoga :) The lake view, for which we paid extra, was nice. The room had large windows from the floor to ceiling, with roller blinds --> very time consuming to put it up and down though. The bed was fine, but the light was moody, but not sufficient for people who like reading books. It was too much from the side, and way too yellow and weak. If you mount a led spot at the bed, you need to have it close or behind you to enlighten your book properly. I can imagine there are moments during summer time when our room would be perfect but you better check if there is no conference from large companies, whose employees will try to drink as much as possible and continue screaming and laughing until morning. Area is quiet and beautiful so if you ensure with the hotel reception your SPA weekend is not in conflict with any larger party group, then you might find the relaxation you are after a difficult business week. The breakfast was a definite advantage as everything we tried was tasty, space to eat large, and many tables with lake views. The bartenders are very helpful and fast, having a good offer of wines. We tried Primitivo di Manduria red wine, and some local cuisines from the restaurant. Everything was tasty. The hotel service was at a good level. Property has a garage beneath for an additional fee otherwise you can park for free in front of the hotel. Swimming pool is semi sized, but enough to have a swim, with a nice lake view, surrounded by large glass walls. We tried a jacuzzi, 2 sauna's, all nice. We had no time to test the fitness club, just behind the glass wall at the back of the swimming pool. We tried SPA, and we both liked the message, music and cosmetics used. The SPA reception was very helpful and my wife found a nice dress there on the exposition rack of some talented fashion designer.

The staff unfortunately are not very pro-active or helpful, which sadly let's the whole experience down...

They are frauds. Hotel took money from me 3 times for only 1 stay. They made preautorisation for 1058 on 17 May before stay. Later on on 23 and 26 May the paymant was done 2 times with the same amount. Moreover after contacting the hotel they promised to return the money back. However they issued another one preautorisation. This is scandal and stealing off the client.
