General lack of attention to little details. For instance, there is no A/C in the rooms (I knew that beforehand), but the provided fans are extremely noisy — impossible to sleep with the fans running — and opening the windows was not really an option either because of the traffic noise (the closed windows do block the noise well though). The (supposedly motion-activated) light in the hallway did not work. Both the faucet at the bathroom sink and the shower head were heavily calcified. The cappuccino volume dispensed by the coffee machine makes the provided coffee cups (not the paper cups) overflow, thus creating a mess. The keyring for my room key was bent out of shape, leading to a pointy end that catches in the trouser pocket. Each of these is not much of an issue by itself, but it kind of adds up — a pity, because everything could be fixed easily and fairly cheaply.

The hotel is at a great location and very well suited for exploring the city. I had a very spacious room with a balcony (to the west), with lots of shelf space for placing toiletries and other items. Large bed with a good, firm and comfortable mattress. The staff speaks good English and is very friendly. Good breakfast with a wide range of choices. Good, soundproof windows block the street noise, so the hotel being on a busy intersection (and my windows facing the street) was not a problem at all.

Parking was not available in hotel, this was not mentioned in description. Description said that free parking available in hotel! We needed to find parking in the area around hotel, however it was not easy.

Surrounding area of the hotel was a little run down but the hotel was perfect and staff were brilliant so no complaints from us from our stay.

Great location and walking distance to the Old Town Square with loads of bars and restaurants. Lots of river bars on your walking route to stop off for a drink when walking into the old town square area. Staff were friendly and location was perfect for what we needed. Will definitely stay here again when travelling back to Wroclaw.

The staff was very rude and threatened to cancel my reservation simply because I didn’t make payment. I didn’t make payment because there were no options via Booking.com to pay especially when you pick to pay at the facility the very minute you booked. I was really disappointed and I was embarrassed when the staff called me to say I have no money to pay … that was shocking!!! it was midnight and clearly have no other booking except for this hotel. They can do better next time

The hotel is an ideal place to chill for couple of days , near the city centre.
