The prices of food and drink in restaurant.. The staff kept pushing past were we were sat my husband and had to get up and move 4 times and no one even said thank you

The room was not properly cleaned, found a bottle cap in a corner. The bed and pillows are hard and lumpy, hair dryer is very cheap and pretty much useless, the breakfast lacks a few essentials like a toaster and more space between tables.

Nice staff, provided us with a crib for our little one, good breakfast.

Fantastic hotel, I just love to stay there whenever I have to spend a night in Warsaw and how they welcome pets with open arms. The room was spacious, and even though AC did not cool this time, we opened the windows and room cooled down quickly. Fridge in the room so dogfood could be in cold. Comfortable bed and great nightsleep. Great breakfast with various dishes. Parking outsid in the street is free. Always get a good vibe and mood from here 🩷💙🚘

Lack of some helpful items, like cutlery, dinnerware. The soap disposer was broken. The tv could be on a longer arm, to really set it up, that you could watch from your bed.

Room was big and tide. Staff were very helpful and kind. I did enjoy the snack which I've got in the bag on the knob everyday.

Restaurant service wasn’t great. Forgot my soup and brought me the wrong entree, which I kept as we waited quite a while for this. Didn’t want to get mine when my guest was finishing hers. Alls, I like the self service laundry but the washing machine doesn’t spin the clothes, and after two hours in the dryer, the were still moist!

Room was big, large and comfy. The modern Shower had a door! Many Euro showers are open and prone to flooding. Breakfast was good.

Only stayed one night but I'll definitely book it for future travels. Good location, clean room and delicious breakfast, lots of food options to choose from. I would also recommend choosing their restaurant for amazing dinner.

It was my fourth stay in this hotel. The size of the room, bathroom and the shower were were very good, and the bed very comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful.

I would be happy to stay here again for one night either to or from Warsaw Airport. Two points. If driving, you will need your Sat Nav to find it. Whilst it is conveniently just off the dual carriageway heading due south from the Airport, the hotel is on the opposite side and hence is a lot easier to get to if driving north. Secondly, the hotel is not very 'noticeable' and could do with better signage in my opinion. It seems to back on to a small housing estate so just a bit more tricky to find if you are tired or at night. Persevere and you will not be disappointed!

Stayed one night at the Arche Hotel Pulawaska Residence following a flight from London. Nice welcome at the front desk and at the restaurant. Had a small apartment, which was amazing value for money! Bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc, Great night sleep. Restaurant was busy, but we found a table for 2 outside. Waiter explained some of the dishes and we went for some excellent traditional Polish food. Again price was very reasonable. Following a nice buffet breakfast the next morning we headed south on the motorway.

Room was quite oldish, not so very clean. Breakfast not so great as other reviews stated. Location was far from center, but that was expected.

Staff was polite. There is free parking outside the hotel, that was very convenient. Also great shopping centers not so far from hotel. Gas station not so far.
