Everything was perfect!

PURO is located in Kazimierz, circa 15-20 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is modern, cozy and very friendly. We were absolutely satisfied with it. Not to speak about the garage which was also quite useful for us.

It is approx 1,5 km from the centre. The curtains let in the light in the morning and may be good to have a sleeping mask to avoid waking up too early.

The room was of a very good size. A lot of natural light from big windows. Very close to Vistula with easy access to a long running route next to the river. The free shuttle service from the airport was very convenient as our flight arrived after 23.00. The housekeeping was exceptionally thorough in replenishing all that was used.

Loved everything!

This hotel is amazing! It really exceeded our expectations. The room was lovely and cosy, super comfy bed, even had a tablet that controlled everything in the room including lights, do not disturb, tv and checking out of the room! We didn’t get to use the spa facilities this time but they sounded fantastic! Especially loved the bakery that was in the hotel, the best pastries and iced tea. The location of this hotel was fab, nice little walk into the old town and plenty of local shops and restaurants around the area. I can’t actually fault this hotel! Staff were lovely and welcoming as well.

Nothing, I never seen anything wrong with this hotel. If I was being picky it's about 10 to 15 mins from the main square. I didn't eat in the hotel but I must say it looked lovely place to eat.

the room was lovely it was clean it had a really lovely bathroom and the best shower I have ever had, we all said the same. The hotel had bikes outside that you could use free of charge, overall an excellent hotel would stay there again no problem.

Everything was great!

The Puro Hotel is a unique combination of hotel comfort and service with a homey feel. The rooms are well designed, there are all amenities. The bed is great. You can change pillows and many other moments just by a call. My wife and I really enjoyed the lobby bar. You can make yourself some tea in the evening and look through the very interesting books in the lobby. Great breakfasts, cocktails and very friendly staff.

The gym was a lot smaller than I thought

The spa and sauna were great! And we loved that umbrellas were provided, along with bikes! Which was super convenient

Gym has limited fitness machines (2 treadmill, 1 Cross-trainer) and some weights. Was busy in the mornings with all machines/stations in use and had to miss gym training sessions. Clearly need for a larger space for the gym. Disappointing for such a modern hotel in all other aspects.

There was nothing we did not like about the hotel.

We loved everything about the hotel. Firstly the location is excellent for a short walk into the old town, to the river and onto Shindlers Factory (15 mins walk). Secondly the staff are all without exception friendly, helpful and efficient. We loved the coffee shop as an alternative to a full breakfast and the free coffee making in reception was a real highlight for us.

The location is great: less than 2km from the old town and the castle, and half a kilometer away from a shopping center and the Jewish quarter. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. There are a lot of additional things included in the stay: saunas, coffee/ tea maker, a free city walking tour, breakfast dishes to order (even though the breakfast itself was fabulous!!), good amenities in the room, bath ropes and slippers…

Very smart, but the iPads in each room were not completely intuitive to those of us not from the digital generation. Minimalist furniture and fittings meant that there were few storage spaces for clothes and other personal items.

Very convenient location for exploring the city. Paid parking available in secure underground garage. Helpful and very professional staff - all fluent in English. Amazing breakfast - great range of options. Stylish, modern, if minimalist, rooms. Free tea and coffee available all day in the lobby.
