I have booked the room without the breakfast and declined the option of buying it at the property as it was quite pricey. I have however bought a simple, one option breakfast at the hotel’ s cafe ( for 1/3 of the original/ full option breakfast and it was delicious. I loved the deco, especially the beautiful window with perfect view! And the location is just perfect; opposite Muzeum Narodowe, very close to Manufactura; the shopping, eating, culture and entertainment complex

The sofa in our apartment was unsuitable for sleeping, the ultra modern design meant that the 3 pieces of the sofa kept separating and creating uncomfortable gaps. The bed in the bedroom was great, but we needed separate sleeping arrangements for 2 people, and the best and most expensive room at the hotel did not accommodate our need.

Modern hotel in the centre of Lodz. Clean rooms, interesting interiors, excellent staff. Good bar and restaurant downstairs, very good breakfast.

Since we came with the dog I went behind the building where a parking is and it’s super dirty- bottles, rubbish. Could be better maintained but not sure if hotel management can do anything about it, if they are responsible for this area

The hotel is very well maintained, room was spacious and comfortable. Also 15min walk to Piotrkowska street. We came with our dog, the staff welcomed him very nicely and we weren’t charged pet fee. Since their underground parking was full, we used a free one in Manufaktura which is just across the street

Nothing to complain

Everything - from the creative design of common areas, nice rooftop bar with great cocktail selection, to the super cozy room design (my room overlooked the theatre and sitting at the window bench sipping coffee in the morning was my favorite memory of this stay). The location is great too, really I can only recommend this hotel.

Well, I did not understand one thing. Why, in the middle of summer, there is super warm thick blanket…I know there is AC, but this type of blanket is too much even in winter. First night I slept bad coz I was thinking I was tired from driving, but second night I realized is the bloody blanket.

I really like the design, functional equipment, tablet which you use to control everything in the room, location is good, breakfast tasty. The best was my 50 min massage.

Rooms are too small. Bathroom is very cramped. The breakfast is below average. I expected much better form a 4 star hotel. The prices are also very high for what you get, and fluctuate quite a bit. Our stay dropped by more than 100 euros in a few days, but we weren't allowed to use the new rates as we didn't book a refundable stay. We didn't want a refund, but the hotel didn't understand.

Location was excellent. Wifi was super fast! Staff was also very good.

Fantastic hotel with a welcoming staff and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooftop views are simply breathtaking. The hotel offers a spacious gym, a relaxing sauna, and a serene relaxation room, making it a truly wonderful experience. If you are planning to visit Łódź, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

A great city centre hotel, located a stone’s throw from Manufaktura and just a few minutes walk from Piotrkowska Street. The rooms are small but perfectly designed with huge windows and the most comfortable beds of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There are plenty of communal spaces to lounge around in. I really liked the rooftop bar (wish they did snacks to go with their delicious cocktails) and the cafe on the ground floor.

Great hotel! Very modern and clean, friendly staff, nice room with great view. The restaurant and bar are both very good, can highly recommend! Gym looks very nice, we just unfortunately ran out of time to use it. The location next to Manufaktura is perfect, as this was our favourite place in the city. Would come to Łódź again just for the hotel :)

Excellent hotel. I stayed here while attending a conference in Lodz. It was definitely one of the better hotels in town. Great breakfast buffet, nice staff, great view from the room. Truly a pleasure to stay there.

The stay was lovely, location is just amazing, the centre close to everything I needed! The room was clean, silent and cozy, bed comfortable and reception staff very helpful and kind. Beautiful bar on the rooftop with a great view, cery kind and thoughtful bar staff! However, the ceaning lady ( I guess it might have been language barrier as the lady is Ukrainian but maybe I am just looking for an excuse for her ) who delivered pillow and then water was unfriendly, did not say: "Hello" when I greeted her with a smile and also she did not even smile, Or "you are welcome", when I thanked her. She just had a grim on her face both times she came to my room.. I believe, this type of worker, coming to the room, has very important influence on a customer's experience and has to be as carefully chosen as reception staff being "the face" of the hotel.

WiFi connection did not work correctly. Outside there are no clear signs where hotel guests can park the car.

Friendly reception staff, very kind that we did not need to pay for dog. Hotel room was very comfortable and had a great view outside. The bed was fantastic, I slept so good! Rooftop bar was a nice and cool place to chill out in the evening. 100% recommend this hotel, we will go back!

Very Nice with great breakfast. Great location and super friendly staff. Clean and modern hotel. Parking garage is small and our big car didn't fit there, but staff solved that problem. Very nice hotel to travel with a dog.
