The staff was quite rude (only one lady at front desk), the girls in the bar are a bit slow, parking elevator was broken, but we were lucky to find parking outside, just needed to empty car, and we had a lot of stuff

Lovely designed hotel off the main streets in Warsaw, great breakfast and lounge / bar at the top. We visited in the depths of January but the space and service was warm and soulful. Highly recommend!

The lights & heating in the room kept tripping with the main card and was a big problem. Having a Tablet for operation of lights / curtains etc can sometimes not be as comfortable as Hotels think.

The staff at the reception should be more friendly and organized, sometimes we had the thought they have given us confliting information. Since the hotel is a fours stars hotel, the New Years services should be organized better, given to every guest the possibility to use them even without any reservations.We haven't had the possibility to even have a drink during the New years even, since there were 2 parties ,one at the restaurant and another to the rooftop bar, that required a specific ticket.

The hotel is very beautiful ,the rooms are very comfortable and full of high-level services. The restaurant offers a very tasty breakfast and a high level gourmet Italian meals. The spa and the gym are very well organized, and theirs services are very comforting.

Nice and quiet. Right downtown. The double standard room is not too big. Same goes with the bathroom. Everything had a nice touch to it. Cozy, comfy, and pretty stylish. Restaurant is beyond my wildest dreams, will definitely stay in my memories, Italian cuisine at its finest. Stayed there 5 days, each meal was mind blowing.

No parking spots were available in hotel. The closest underground parking 2 minutes away though. But as we took the last spot there too, and it was Wednesday - your mileage might vary :)

I’m a little heavier so the mattress for me should be a bit stiffer, but I slept well anyway.

Whenever someone opens or slams the doors shut, you jump up. They should really dampen the noise - it would make my stay 10/10.

This is one of the best hotels in Warsaw. Great location, best breakfast in town, super relaxed staff, very classy, big, and comfortable rooms. Super clean. Big bathroom and beds.

Loved everything about this hotel. It has fabulous stylish, high tech rooms with incredibly comfortable beds. Lovely large lounge area in the lobby with complimentary hot drinks available which is a nice touch. Didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on the food or menu. My son used the gym and I had a treatment in the Prism spa - we would recommend both.

As it's winter it would be great to have a body lotion in the room. But it was a minor inconvenience.

Comfortable bed, cleanliness, a quiet room. The location is great, close to the metro station. I appreciate wi-fi assigned to the hotel room. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet with a lot of choice.

The drinks at bar were very good but the bar itself was a little less than cozy. Would have liked more places to sit, felt like I had to stand the whole time.

I didn't like the heating system which didn't share the temperature of the room but just how much grades to cool down or heat
