The SPA only had few beds to relax. I would add more relaxing beds in the spa area

Really loved this hotel, it was so clean and had a beautiful reception. We checked in at 2am and there was still reception staff to help us check in and wish us a happy anniversary. We also had a lovely touch of macaroons in the room. The room was spotless, beautiful and clean and really comfortable pillows and bed. Great shower and lovely amenities. We didn’t have breakfast included but we enjoyed some lovely cocktails in the rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend and stay in a PURO hotel again.

The hotel is very nicely and modernly furnished. The rooms are really nice and new. The staff was nice and helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the center. A large number of bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

Lovely designed hotel off the main streets in Warsaw, great breakfast and lounge / bar at the top. We visited in the depths of January but the space and service was warm and soulful. Highly recommend!

The lights & heating in the room kept tripping with the main card and was a big problem. Having a Tablet for operation of lights / curtains etc can sometimes not be as comfortable as Hotels think.

The staff at the reception should be more friendly and organized, sometimes we had the thought they have given us confliting information. Since the hotel is a fours stars hotel, the New Years services should be organized better, given to every guest the possibility to use them even without any reservations.We haven't had the possibility to even have a drink during the New years even, since there were 2 parties ,one at the restaurant and another to the rooftop bar, that required a specific ticket.

The hotel is very beautiful ,the rooms are very comfortable and full of high-level services. The restaurant offers a very tasty breakfast and a high level gourmet Italian meals. The spa and the gym are very well organized, and theirs services are very comforting.

All was great

Nice and quiet. Right downtown. The double standard room is not too big. Same goes with the bathroom. Everything had a nice touch to it. Cozy, comfy, and pretty stylish. Restaurant is beyond my wildest dreams, will definitely stay in my memories, Italian cuisine at its finest. Stayed there 5 days, each meal was mind blowing.

No parking spots were available in hotel. The closest underground parking 2 minutes away though. But as we took the last spot there too, and it was Wednesday - your mileage might vary :)
