TV in our room didn't work. The remote seemed to be from another TV :) Also, we couldn't connect to the internet while in the room. For us, it wasn't really an issue as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room but if we stayed longer, it'd be a real problem. Lastly, for some reason even though our Ukrainian friends booked the same type of room for the same price as we did, we — Americans — got a bigger room with a king-size bed while they got a smaller one with a queen. We had way too much fun exploring Wroclaw to waste time complaining but I just want the hotel to read this and be fairer and more transparent with the guests in the future.

Overall, it was a very good 1-night stay. The room was clean and spacious enough. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The view was on the street but surprisingly there wasn't a lot of noise coming from it, so even with an open window we slept really well. Also, the room is really well soundproofed. We never heard a single sound from other rooms. Breakfast was fantastic. I wish there were more vegan options but for vegetarians there were plenty.

Everything was outstanding. I have nothing to complain. If I return to Wroclaw or go anywhere where has a Q hotel chain, I will book and stay again in this hotel

The breakfast was outstanding. The crew was amazing. The bedrooms was also amazing. We've booked a single bedroom but it was small for my family. The crew offer, for a good price, an upgrade for a double room.

The breakfast was simply excellent for this level and price. The room was clean and comfy. The checkin and checkout process was fast and flawless. Basically it's one of the best hotels in terms of price/quality

Hotel a little walk from train station, about 10 minutes, but it was a very nice hotel in a quiet location near several bars and little places to eat. The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable, quiet and warm. The breakfast was good and varied. Would strongly recommend

Everything was perfect, I had the best sleep in the comfortable bed, staff were lovely and friendly. highly recommend this hotel, the location is also perfect. The tram is right outside the door or you can walk for 15 minutes to reach the market square. There are also lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Check-in very smooth, friendly staff, lovely room and bathroom. Short walk from the city centre and main station, with a tram stop less than a minute from the front door.

Hotel was clean, staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, fresh fruit and vegetable, cold and warm meal, pancake included :)

The staff is not fully trained with lobby bar and breakfast was a sitting mess. mainly the breakfast- Guests were not checked and seated at the right tables. 1 person was sitting in a 6 person table and at peak time we (6 people) didn’t have a table. Also Room was a bit small but we managed. The wasn’t so comfortable but we managed.

Location was great. there is a new Tram Station that has lines that can take you directly to city center.

Lovely hotel. Easy to get to market square on trams which were very frequent. Nice comfortable bed, very clean room and lovely staff. Would stay here again.
