1. It says that the guests can use the gym, but it’s only for the permanent residents with the cards, so we were refused in entrance. 2. It wasn’t to clean. So it was rather clean, but not perfect. Under sofa - a lot of paper party confetti…. 3. If you stay with kids - it might be hard without separate room (as its studio - 1 large room with kitchen in it, divided by cooking zone in the middle). 4. I thought it will be 2 floors appartment, but in fact no. I guess I just was confused when reading the description. So, in 1 block - there is 1 floor with balcony (studio) and 2 nd floor - another appartment with other guests on the top. It wasn’t though a problem, as there is only joint entrance (hall). and we even couldn’t heat the neighbor.

We lived in studio. Perfect for the short stay. Great modern appartment. Very stylish! Perfect taste of designer. Design is great, kitchen has all required staff ( it would be nice to add salt/ sugar/tea for the guests). The hosts are also very pleasant and reply fast. Great new building, Zabka on the first floor :), possible to find free parking spot at the parking in front (but normally it’s busy). Totally recommended

The accommodation was completely different feom the photos used to advertise in Booking.com. The owner was very rude and not a good comunication. The apartment was dirty, garbage bin still have garbage from previous guests, fridge wasn’t clean. Very uncomfortable bed and sofa. Probably needing a chemical disinfection. Shower was broken. Extremely low standard accommodation. I definitely recommend you go somewhere else.

I booked the apartment for 4 people and one children. But in this place was duvet sets for 4 people. Then I call this administrator to tell about this, they didn’t want to speak with me and say that it is your problem.

It'a really hard to contact host - I managed finally to reach host 3 hours before check-in, and it was quite annoying - as I had no idea about check-in time at all. The second bed is actually a broken leather sofa which is ok to sit at but awful to sleep on - by paying almost 100$ for a 4-persons appartment you expect something better.

The location is pretty nice - new and comfortable districts with shops and cafes nearby. The appartment is big enough for 4 persons, clean and quite new. Free parking is also an advantage.

Never got into the apt.

I called the agent and was told to call another number who spoke English. I did and they couldn't speak much English either. They were not sure which building the apt was in and gave me instructions that didn't work in either of the buildings, I and J, that I was directed to. I tried many times and called them back four times. I asked them to tell me the apt number and they never did. They insisted that there was a mailbox 311 that didn't exist in either of these buildings which held the key but couldn't tell me which apt. I found a security guard and he said onlhy longterm renters lived there. After 1 1/2 hours and growing darkness, I gave up and left. There was no taxi going by so I went to a restaurant and asked them to help me. The property was in a residential area so little taxi traffic. A restaurant helped me call a cab. I ended up paying for an additional stay at a hotel. I've never had such an unsatisfactory experience and also since I was alone and can't speak Polish, it was scary. The next day the owner, I assume, texted me and without identifying himself asked me when I was going to check in. When I asked if he was from Qlofts, he didn't answer me. I still don't know if the whole thing was just a scam.

Whoever is cleaning this property for the owners is really letting them down. Almost every single surface was dirty, there were massive amounts of greasy fingerprints on the doors and light switches, mirrors, as well features such as vases. The white cupboard door was black, where people have been touching it. The windows were extremely dirty both inside (hand prints all over) and out. Even the leather sofa was so dirty, that you can see it with a naked eye. This is seriously deflating the positive first impression the wonderful design is making and really made our experience much less comfortable and enjoyable, then it could have been.

The owner has obviously put a lot of effort to make a modern and comfortable place for people to stay. The design is great. Most features seem to be made to order. The amenities are good, there is good WiFi and the host was quite helpful, when he showed us in and passed us the keys.
