Fantastic place for stay in Ostroda. Hotel new and stay in very quite and comfortable zone with close connection to promenade and resting area of the city. Everything is on higher level. Varied and delicious breakfast. Very big parking. Fantastic spa zone.

A few suggestions to enhance the experience. Given that hotel caters to families with hearty small eaters, an all-inclusive option could be considered instead of just half board. Additionally, a beachside food truck offering kid-friendly snacks would be a welcome addition. A thoughtful touch would be a nanny service available by the hour, allowing parents a brief night out. However, a notable improvement could be a dedicated staff member to assist with luggage. With families in tow, transferring the abundance of belongings from reception to the room became quite a task. Addressing this would make the stay even more convenient and pleasant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel with my family, and I must say it's a fantastic destination for families with kids. The experience was truly delightful from start to finish. One of the standout features of this hotel is the exceptional play areas available both outdoors and indoors. Our kid had an absolute blast running around and enjoying themselves in the thoughtfully designed spaces. It's evident that the hotel understands what children enjoy, and they've catered to that brilliantly. The variety of swimming pools available inside the hotel was simply amazing. From splash zones to larger pools, there was something for everyone. The kids from the hotel couldn't get enough of the aquatic fun, and even the adults found themselves thoroughly entertained. A highlight of our stay was the food. It's not always easy to find meals that please both adults and children, but this hotel managed to strike that balance perfectly. The menu included a range of options designed with small kids in mind, making dining a stress-free experience for families. One of the most heartwarming aspects of our stay was the hotel staff. They were not only friendly and accommodating but also had a genuine smile for the kids. This made our family feel incredibly welcome and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. In conclusion, I can't recommend this hotel enough for families looking for an unforgettable getaway. With its exceptional play areas, diverse indoor and outdoor swimming pools, kid-friendly dining options, and warm staff, it's a haven for families with children. Our stay here was nothing short of fantastic, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

Very small outdoor swimming pool and not enough space to lay down. Huge underground facility but one needed to ask for directions to find what you are looking for. Not enough umbrellas at breakfast on the outside.

Location, super professional but friendly team, good breakfast. In general it is a beautiful hotel. Since this is a new hotel it needs a bit of heart maybe colour, not a lot since it is very elegant. Maybe orange.

Personal hardly speak English, there was only one guy, but he rarely was avialable. luggage trolley was so hard to move, cause weels were not rolling. The housekeeping was not diligent - they cleaned everything, but left towels & robes in a pile on the bed. In the end they refused to count bonuses for Radisson Reward, cause I booked via Booking.com, not via website.

The hotel is brand new, stylish, modern, comfy, perfect location, amazing facilities. Will be back again for sure, already booked our next stay. Highly recomend it, and I'm a very demanding person great facilities for kids - aquapart, kids club, food for kids, game zone, bowling etc. Choice of food was great - both for breakfast and dinner

restaurant and food in general - big disappointment, not to mention the prices as if the dishes were great, we could pay even more as at least we would know what we have paid for. definitely do not recommend. not to mention that our starters were delivered at the same time as the main dish, what kind of is a basic “no” in the restaurant. there is a proper order when and what is served, that makes the whole point of separating starters from the main dishes etc. the only positive of the restaurants was the staff. also, the lighting in rooms has incredibly bad set up. no chance to have lights on only in the bathroom or only in the room/ around the bed. this is surprising in 5* hotel which has just been opened - would not it be better to fix the lines before the season? as this would definitely improve the stay and experience, not to mention the quantity of people that will complain during the season, what then will decrease the rates..

the people! staff was extremely nice and helpful. big asset of the hotel. excellent SPA area, very nice massage and real stress-relief atmosphere. Big, bright and super clean rooms with beautiful lake view. the hotel is very modern, looks great. location of it is also nice as it’s just near the lake, what makes you feel the Mazury climate and vibes. exceptional breakfast - in aspect of various dishes etc, cannot say the same about the taste of it.
