Very nice location in Warsaw city center with plenty of places to go like restaurants, cafes, etc. The room is nice, very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay.

A little pricey for location.

Room had everything for the comfortable stay starting from water and ending with nice robes and slippers. Beds were great and cozy. Hotel has a nice pool and hot tub to relax after long day. Special appreciation to the staff from hotel restaurant. They were amazing.

The hotel is located to the new modern part of city .The area was full of restaurants and bars with high quality of food and drinks. The facilities of the hotel were great perfect breakfast, good service and very clean and quiet rooms.

Everything was great, just one biggest minus - when we came to hotel at first day anybody didn’t meet us outside and didn’t help with our luggage, we asked at reception if they have such service, they said “yes “ but unfortunately we felt uncomfortable about this moment , it would be great if bellboy would help us out !

It nice ,comfortable and clean room , we had everyday a bottle of water free of charge, also we had a bath tub (as I wished and noticed earlier while doing reservation) ,for take a bath there were a bath salt ; at reception hall you could find some beverages and snacks ! I liked the view from our room as well , at 10th floor . In general it was good experience in Warsaw 💫🤍

No minibar. For fives star hotel it’s a pity. No restaurant menu in room, if I would be interested to order food, again for five star hotel it’s a pity. And lastly, the breakfast for it’s higher price could be so much better, tasteful. Overall is good but nothing special for 5 star hotel and it’s price.

Definitely beautiful hotel, I loved the style and vibe of it. I had amazing view over polish science palace and it was worth it. Overall nice and helpful staff. Amazing pool and fitness.

In the room, there was no large mirror, and also the mini bar was dirty. On the first day, it turned out that the door lock was broken and we couldn't get out.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, good location. Delicious breakfast, very diverse, pool, saunas, and gym. Quite a comfortable room.

The wellness area was very busy and I didn’t like having to walk through a gym locker room to get to the pool, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Very comfy rooms with great bed and a good working desk. Good location. Everything very clean. Good breakfast service and broad choice. Highly recommendable.

I’m sensitive to parfumerie person and I had something like allergic reactions on parfumerie that was nicely smell in lobby 24/7. But it’s my personal reaction. Everybody around me were ok. In general in Warsaws hotels like spread smells for some reason, but I believe that the best smell is a clear air.

This is the best hotel in Warsaw. Luxury, clean, expensive and comfortable mattresses, extremely attention to details. I’m sure not every can understand level of hotelier and notice all details made for comfortable staying. It is diamond in this city. BTW, hotel is new.

The room with city view is amazing. The rooms are big and comfortable. Also a small desk was present, which enabled me to work from the hotel room.
