The smell of cigarettes in the bathroom on the 2nd night-staff said that it happens sometimes that people smoke in the rooms or near extractor fans and smoke goes into other bathrooms through vents and there’s nothing they can do about it 🙁🤷‍♂️

Very friendly and cooperative staff, super helpful. We arrived earlier and although the check-in hadn't started yet, they had the luggage storage service, so you can leave your bags there and go explore the city. The location is excellent - all the attractions of Old City are nearby, in walking distance.

As mentioned,breakfast was good, but sometimes refilling didn't go smoothly, and even though many people have breakfast, some things get dirty, so you have to clean again to ensure those who have breakfast at a later hour see that everything is clean.

This was a last-minute booking as we had not intended to go back to Krakow, however, the booking process as well as staff when we arrived were beyond what we could have expected. I had requested a bottle of Prosecco which was delivered to the room as it was a special occasion for my Fiance and I, and the staff well exceeded my expectations. The staff from reception, room service, and bar staff were all exceptionally friendly and definitely one of the better Espresso Martinis i have had in a while on the first night.

The bar staff were a bit slow with serving and didn’t seem to have much interest. I went to the bar as I was unsure if they did table service and got completely ignored, after over 5 mins of me standing there the girl left the bar and went over to the table I was at to take the order but the drinks took a long time to come. This is a really small complaint as the hotel and staff over all were fantastic.

The location is brilliant, breakfast had a great variety, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a great experience.

Our room did not have any view. Our view was the roof tiles of the attached building.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. Comfortable rooms. Nice staff.

It was difficult to find the reservation inside the parking. The idea is great, but the particular parking place number should have been communicated prior to the arrival. During the breakfast, a few things were temporarily missing like juice, dough for waffles, coffee machine run out of beans. It happens, but the staff did not react promptly enough to such situations and you had to ask to re-stock the buffet.

The location which was perfect, and the hotel has the parking in the same building. I liked the room and the facilities inside, everything was clean and nicely arranged. It was possible to cast the screen over to the TV which is not always the case in other hotels. The noise isolation was at a good level. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in an ideal location, very clean and tidy. The staff were very professional and always on hand if you needed assistance. We ate in the restaurant in the hotel the food was amazing and not expensive. The hotel put us in a castle view room overlooking that castle and park so beautiful. We will definitely be going back to Krakow and this hotel.
