Sometimes WI-FI was down street a bit noisy but otherwise good

Nice hotel for travelers, close to Radom airport (apr 15 minutes by car) and 5 minutes walking to railway station. The room was big and clean. All was as expected from the description. And a big plus is that the hotel is pet friendly.

Security in the hotel is at a low level. An unknown man stood at my door early in the morning and knocked during 10 minutes. I tried to explain that there was no one else in the room but me. He was looking for someone. I had to find the hotel reception number on the Internet (there was no any information list in the room), call them and ask for help. I was very scared.

This hotel is situated in the centre of Radom. It's very comfortable. Breakfast was variable. I liked it.

Room walls are thin so sound carries but in my experience fellow guests kept noise down so it wasn't a problem.

it had a kettle and that was all no cups no spoons so I couldn’t see the point of having a kettle in the room without the rest of tea/coffee making facilities

The matressess were way over due date...

Because we had been driving all night and all day, and had to leave very early in the morning, we requested for a quiet room. That request was taken in very nicely.

Stuff was really rude. Smell was like it was a place for smoking for a long time and noisy neighbors at the middle of the night.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The room next to us was sometimes used by pleasurable girls and we listened to lustful screams. We paid by card, then the hotel indicated that we had canceled the reservation, I said that they would return the money if we were not there, then they said that they were wrong. Everything is dirty and smelly.

The bed was hairy, dirty, and dirty. We spoke to the reception and they gave us a suite, which was much more expensive than what we paid.

The breakfast was very simple with poor quality. When I pick up a plate I noticed it was very dirty with dry large pieces of food stuck to bottom and fingerprints on the surface. I picked up about 5 plates in the same condition to finally find a plate without dry food on the bottom but still oily fingerprints on the surface. I think they were just wiped off, definitely not washed. I couldn't find any clean table. There were pieces of food on every table. There was a laud tv playing disco music and advertisement which is really annoying in the morning. There was no coffee in the machine. The room was noisy and the curtains didn't cover the whole width of the window, they were also too heavy and not well attached at the top, very difficult to slide. We had light from the street and early in the morning at 5 from the sun. Poor wifi. There was mold in the shower. There is mostly no one at the reception. There is a sign to call a mobile.

The hotel is close to the main street and the station.

Very old decor, dirty shower, very poor bfst options- coffee machine didn’t work, I had only piece of bread with tomato and cheese and tea. No one available at check out, some lady who was in front of me rang receptionist and was told to tell me to leave the key.

The whole place literally stinks with cigarette smoke and other unpleasant smells. It’s almost everywhere — corridors, bathrooms, bedrooms. The bathroom was unsuitable for a tall person due to low ceiling. Bed sheets were of wrong size and didn’t cover the whole bed.

The location is great. The staff was helpful and kind.

Pig dirty. ancient facility, everything dirty, smelly and broken. Strong smell of cigarettes in the room. in the toilet still the remains of the previous one. should be ashamed to offer something like that.
