The shower is over-complicated and can be a struggle to operate in this room (No5).

Very convenient location in centre of the town, close to the railway station. Very good breakfast and the food on the normal menu (for dinner) is very good too.

The shower was too complicated with numerous options, most of which didn't seem to work so getting the right spray at right temperature was a challenge. Train noise can be heard but was not such an issue for us.

Hotel is in the centre of Aleksandrow and in a short walking distance to the railway station. Rooms are available in the old original building as well as the new annexe. On this occasion, we were in a large room with balcony at the front of the hotel. Comfortable bed and plenty of space to sit and relax - sofa provided too. Restaurant has good menu choices and very good value food, as well as an exceptional breakfast.

Minor comments really. Sometimes difficult to locate hotel personnel as there is no reception in use. To walk between the new and older sections requires use of the first floor walkway, up one side and down the other, so would be unsuitable for wheelchair guests (although possible to leave the new section via the locked access door and to walk outside and re-enter the main hotel via the front door).

Willa Radwan is located close to the railway station in Aleksandrow, although trains passing through don't really disturb the peace and quiet of the location. The hotel is split into the older part - housing the restaurant - and a newer building to the rear that is connected by a walkway. The newer section has its own - although unused - eating area with reception. Coffee and team making facilities can be accessed there. Rooms in this section are basic but comfortable, with a good size bathroom and good shower. Breakfast is very good with an extensive range of cheeses, meats, bread and salads. No cereals though. Restaurant menu has a good choice of tasty Polish meals, and with good sized portions.

1. One room in the main building had a significantly sloping roof, that made it awkward for walking around the bed. 2. It was often hard to find a staff member to check-in, raise any query, pay the bill etc. 3. The coffee machine was unable to dispense hot chocolate when selected - probably blocked up. 4. Hot food at breakfast was somewhat limited - but not surprising with so few guests and there was plenty of other foods to choose from.

The breakfast was very good - good choice and range of cold foods. The hotel was quiet with few guests, and the rooms (stayed for 2 separate nights in different rooms) were of a good size.

The shower wasn’t so good and a second planner would have been nice (but I must admit we did not asked as it already was late and I assume we would have got one in case we asked)

We stayed there for one night on the way back to Germany. So for us it was an ideal road hotel and we were positively surprised how nice it was.

Bathroom was dirty (shower ,toilet), the shower didn t work properly. Too much hot temperature in room , they should install air conditioner.

Nobody was at the reception, thin walls so the sound isolation is poor, you can hear everybody walking/coughing at the corridors, staff barely spoke english, everything inside was clean though, too bad they had two smaller beds instead of a single one

Small windows in room, windows facing parking what was very loud even at night. Also - no proper indications of reception, restaurant etc. it was easy to get lost and very annoying

Not suitable for tall people: roof slope made it difficult to reach one of the bedsides, the shower too small for 1,9 m tall man. Moreover, carpet and sofa could be cleaner
