but one little detail that might help, I suggest using only code 1 or 0 for eggs at breakfast, I really like eggs, but I can't understand why to have code 3, it is a premium accommodation, not the cheapest one.

The room was spacious and warm, had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was only a short walk to the centre too, so not too far. Breakfast was delicious and the overall service was welcoming and friendly!

It was surprising that the restaurant worked only for breakfasts, no dinners, no bar. But the host recommended the closest restaurant - just round the corner with local food, which was great. So no complain at this point.

The room and hotel is very nice and unique, in a local wooden style. Exceptionally clean, new furniture, balkony, and the view to the ski slopes. The breakfast was great, as it is usually every where in Poland! The guys at reception spoke several languages including Ukrainian, which was also pleasant. The hotel has kids area near the breakfast room - play room and the places to seat.

Lovely tradutional decor and very cozy rooms. The personel was very nice. Parking directly at the hotel. Delicious breakfast! The billiard and the table football in the games room were a very welcome surprise!

The hotel is located in a side street and does not have very attractive surroundings, but the other benefits absolutely balance it out.

It is a nice wooden hotel just 15 minutes walk from the center. Pleasantly furnished rooms, nice staff, excellent rich breakfast, a large free games room with billiards, table football and an indoor children's playground with a slide, a large parking lot where we could leave our car even after check-out. Really excellent hotel, we will definitely come back.

We hadnt realised there was no bar or restaurant or cooking facilities and a mile walk to and from restaurants in the town with tired children- would def book the apartment not the hotel next time for the catering facilities.

I'd prefer doorways to the chambers a bit higher as I hit my forehead couple of times, but it could be me, as my wife, who's 1m60cm did not see any issues, haha

Very nice and friendly staff, exceptionally clean place, surprisingly good location, only 15 minutes walking distance from the very center, 10 minutes to the Szymoszkowa slope (which is overpriced imho, but really close indeed) and you need only 5-10 minutes drive to reach out some well known enterings to the TPN, like Dolina Kościeliska, Dolina Małej Łąki, or roundabout Jana Pawła if you want to start in Kuźnicę. Decent breakfast which is good for a half of the day. Add to that lots of traditional stuff in the hotel and you have a good basis for your stay in Zakopane.

The place is lovely. We were a week with small children, the place is perfect for a family. The rooms are large and spacious. The breakfast is varied. There is a very comfortable rest and games room for the cold days. There is a very nice restaurant 4 minutes walk away. We will definitely return for another vacation there

No negatives at all

The staff that greeted us were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was quite small but very cosy and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was really nice with a good variety, something for everyone and the staff were constantly re filling the food with fresh supplies. Added bonus of a childrens indoor play area.

It was our 2nd time visit in this hotel, and as always it was faboulous. Rooms, breakfast, staff, all was good as 2 years ago. I guess, we well choose again this hotel, in case of Zakopene visit.
