The blankets are synthetic, and you sweat at night - sleep is not comfortable at all.

Parking should be included in the room rate as it was when I was there last time. This is not really cool. Another thing- the hitting in the room not working properly, the wall heating switched off when outside was 5°C. We asked at reception desk and they brought us to the room electric heater.

Good location, very nice and clean room. Extremely good, regional breakfast. So many choices for everyone. There was even polish żurek soup. Hotel provides with coupons -15% for thermal pools- Termy Chochołowskie. Very elegant and modern hotel! Wi-Fi working good!

"iLumio" software running on the television, this app is unusable, not compatible with anything, it doesn't even allow you to mirror the phone. Of course, this is just an observation, it did not spoil the overall positive impression in any way

The service was unprofessional... Breakfast restaurant was good (not professionals but with smile and energy we were good feeling). Lobby bar were totally amateurs, we were waiting for "waiter" 20 minutes -table is near the bar, they saw us but did not serve us (the bar was not full) !! I have to walk 3 meters and order drinks and snacks. He changed mineral water still/sparkling and forgot second coffee. Cappuccino was like washing machine water.. Sancks and cake was very good. Service is for 2 stars hotel, not 4 stars.

SPA was unfortunately broken and had not been repaired during our stay. Anyway we have found termal bath just 10 minutes away from the hotel. To find the pool and the restaurant was a real QUEST and it took a time to find it.

The place has a good location. Our stay was unfortunately out of the season and ski lift was closed. Anyway we have found the ski hill just 15 minutes to drive from the hotel. It is approximately 30 minutes to walk to the city. The breakfast was perfect. Facilities were fancy. As we we were staying from Monday till Friday the hotel was not filled up with the people and the pool was free. The cozy bar and friendly barmen. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to the couples as well as to the families.

-Air conditioner in the room started marketing a noise. However when we advised the staff they promptly gave us another room, at about midnight. -breakfast could be improved.

check in line was over 1,5h - this is insane… I had never had to queue for over an hour to check in. No compensation, no water, vouchers anything- could’ve solved this inconvenience so much better. When we got into the room it was 17°C, and thermostat was locked- tried to use phone in the room & cell - no response. Ended up going down to reception, queueing up & asking it’ll be fixed. Reason: room service didn’t close balcony door all the way in and it disabled thermostat sensors… Reception- doesn’t have toothbrush, doesn’t have bandaids in the first aid kit - it’s a must for a hotel at this level had to queue again for a parking card, cause apparently we can’t leave the property without second card that they give?? overall, unpleasant experience. Hotel has to review entire management & housekeeping strategy

9. Reasons: 1. We couldn't charge our electric car, the reception didn't give us any help to solve the problem. They only pointed to the operator. (It was not possible to install the charging service provider's software on an Android phone registered abroad.) They didn't even listen to my proposed solution, but instead they were looking for the next customer of the "tourist factory". Of course, regardless of this, the park fee had to be paid. Frankly, we do not book here if we know that it is not possible to charge the car. 2. The swimming pool was extremely chlorinated. Despite the ventilation, the air was pure chlorine. 3. The room has the same towels as in the sauna with a slightly stinky smell, which your body also takes over when you towel yourself in it. 4. The room door could not be closed from the inside. 5. There was no toaster at breakfast. Etc, etc, etc...

Parking space costs 25 zł per day. When you pay 400 zł per night you expect parking to be included in the price.

Spa zone is good, clean and not crowdy.

Room service on the lowest level I’ve seen. cleaning did not clean our room for a two days in a row, stuff were ignoring our needs, e.g. missing slippers and water refreshment. additional payment for parking was 25 pln a day(not included). Spa had almost no options and of course overpriced.

Check in procedure was not great, we arrived early and were told to return at 3pm, we did this and were then told to come back at 4pm, room still wasn't ready. Not a good experience. Breakfast buffet was chaotic as the staff were getting your food for you from the buffet

The breakfast was limited as for 4 stars hotel, especially in the Covid19 situation when the food is served by the staff and for the majoroty English is problematic.

The size of the room was big and the price was good. The menu of the food which you could order to the room was small, but the pizzas and salads was really good.
