I wish there would be a closet with atleast an extra pillow and cleaning everyday when you stay there in order to get refills on toilet paper, fresh bedding.

The hotel itself has plenty of restaurants near by which was convenient for me since I was attending a course nearby. The rooms are pretty decent and basic with a bed, chair, and bathroom.

Staff was often times missing from reception, with no clear indication on how to call anyone to attend, which results in me having to wait for someone to show up couple of times. Once they show up though, staff is helpful.

Overall, the hotel is really nice for the price you pay per night. The room was not too spacious, but quite clean and the bathroom was okay. Breakfast was included in the price for the stay and it was satisfactory, coffee was great though. Location-wise, the hotel has quick access to the city centre - a 30 min ride by bus.

Breakfast was not that good, because they didn’t have much to choose from. But maybe it’s because of corona there is no buffet.

Staff was very friendly, even receptionist didn’t speak English or russian she ask help from her friend to translate everything for us, so we understand everything and she was very supportive and helpful, give us recommendations about Warsaw what we asked. Room was clean and comfortable, our hairdryer didn’t work so they immediately gave us new one. Service and everything was very good.

There was no air conditioning, which is common in small hotels in Poland. There was a very small fan. Neither the fan or the lamps were plugged in. It took a lot of effort to plug them in. The electric outlets were hidden behind the side of the beds. We had to move the beds, which were heavy, to get access. Our room was overlooking the main street. It was busy day and night, but we had to leave the window open because it was hot in the room. We did sleep. We were wiped out from our transatlantic flight. The shower was a very strange set up. the glass door only went halfway down. The floor got very wet. We had to use up towels to mop it up.

It is a small older hotel. It was near our friends' home and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was a good European breakfast. They did let the food run very low. We didn't want to complain, and finally a native citizen asked that things be replenished. The place was clean. The staff was okay. There is no elevator and a gentleman carried up our luggage.

The shower cabin is next to a shelf underneath the mirror. Trying to get out of the cabin you can fall onto the glass shelf. Dangerous - please fix it.

Noone spoke English. but I have managed it using Google translate. the room was too small, like it was made for hobbits, walls are very thin and I could hear even whispering in next room. neighbour's vere noisy.
