Two TV in room but none working:) and doors can work better. Shower can be better, and check-in procedure could be sent also in english

Nice spacious location, good potential, but low quality as of now. Actually is a 7 grade, but I found the grade on Booking.com is bit too low for what it offers so i went a bit higher. Appreciate that you find all the basics in the kitchen and bathroom. Large bed, conformable.

The worst thing that happened was that it was impossible to close the door to the toilet, it simply wouldn’t close - the door sagged and didn’t fit into the groove. Further - the room is very cold, the heating does not work. Well, the last thing is the terribly creaky folding sofas, it’s simply impossible... :(

The location is in a beautiful and good area, near a river canal. The room, kitchen and bathroom are clean, the bed linen is ironed.

The kitchen equipment is really old and sometimes even broken. But you can still manage to prepare some food.

Close to the center. The room was ok, but it might be a bit cleaner, as well as the kitchen equipment that we had to wash before use.

I paid 25€ for a night , but I think it is too expensive for what you get, and 15€ would have been a better fair price for such a place, For this reason I prefer not to come back here. Otherwise probably maybe yes. it is a room in a private apartment with the host living in another room , sharing the bathroom and kitchen. You must message the host before arrival or you will not be able to get in.

The location is convenient only 10 minutes walk near the main centre street. The bed is clean and comfortable. Good for a sleep. The old appartement is in a quiet and cheaper locals area.

The bed was not that good and it was all the time making noises. I will suggest to put something to make coffee. there was coffee but couldn't make it

The room was not at all clean. There was dust and dirt everywhere on the floor. The tap in the toilet was broken. The host was very unfriendly person and we felt something fishy about his behaviour. The sofa bed couldn't be used to sleep and I had to improvise and sleep on the floor

I booked a four-bed room for three people, but before arrival the situation changed because... a fourth client appeared, the number even more so allowed this. But I decided to report for the fourth one so that there would be no misunderstanding. They allegedly took money from me for the fourth one and promised to deliver another bed. Upon arrival there was no extra bed. They took the money for no reason. After 15 minutes in the room, my socks turned from white to black. Unpleasant smell, old furniture, dirty floors - that's what greeted us.

They wanted to transfer the tax, the 14 zlotyi, but the cost of it would have been more than a double of this. I need to call booking 3 times because of this too. I did not get any answer for my most important questions. They do not give me relevant answer. However I send them my personal data with photos by booking as email 3 times, they gave me the code to enter the room only after sending it by what's up. They write only Polish, the translation program is not really good for understanding what they would like to answer me.

Only 20-25 minute walking from the center. There was a washmachine too. It was familiar.

Was sent an email the day of travel with contact details and advised to give my arrival time and assured this time was ok to be able to gain access to the accommodation. Got a taxi from the airport to the hotel and no one was there to let us in so tried to call and text the mobile numbers provided and was ignored. Hotel in a very sketchy area very dark and dingy no signs up that i could see to state it was even open but a car park full of cars and what looked to be a block of flats. I would highly recommend everyone avoids booking here, we booked as it looked a basic room to get our head down and enjoy the weekend when in actual face er was left to walk the streets at 1:30am our phone called ignored and text messages read and ignored. We then had to book in another hotel which cost an additional £200. Have had no communication about a refund at all and not even an apology. Was booked to stay here from the 10th-13th and even the days after we had absolutely no communication at all from anyone. Vile customer service skills and definitely would not be looking to book and stay here ever again, avoid at all costs.

The apartment was small and there was other couple there the shower was broken.... showering was almost not possible.... There was also very strange smell in the room All the furniture was very old and squeaky
