Breakfast not included in our booking and seemed a bit on the pricey side when we paid for it for what was on offer. Plus they don’t have a toaster.

Shame that the sauna and pool area was only open in the afternoons. Really would've liked to visit in the mornings - as such we only used the facilities once.

Great location, right off the main street and close to the main bus stops etc. Breakfast was varied and excellent and served in a really great dining room. Rooms compact and comfortable.

There is no elevator which is fine but it would have been useful to have a porter to help carry your luggage up all the stairs. We did often get woken up by drunken singers in the street in the early hours of the morning but this is no fault of the hotel - just note that you are on the Main Street.

Lovely, traditional hotel in a great location. Swimming pool and sauna facilities and a lovely room with balcony. Very comfortable bed. Reception staff always very helpful and friendly.

Attentive staff, parking assistance was excellent and made parking a lot easier in a very busy time. Breakfast buffet was really good and convenient with a beautiful view.

Excellent breakfast and rooms in a great location. Also enjoyed the swimming pool and Sauna. Staff was very helpful on how to get around zakopane and visit the main attractions

I can’t really find fault but if I was to find one thing , it would be the fact that we were supplied with a ripped towel (must have been missed) . However, it was promptly fixed by the receptionist who brought a fresh one .

The location was second to none if you want to be at the centre of “action” - so convenient! The staff were really helpful and nice , nothing was too much of a problem. Breakfast was great and very efficient with a lot of staff to help . The fact you got access to sauna and swimming pool was amazing and really handy after a long day of walking around the mountains.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were fantastic. Very accommodating as my mam has mobility problems and osteoporosis and couldn’t manage any stairs so they changed her room immediately upon checking in. The hotel restaurant was lovely and the polish food was beautiful. The woodwork is stunning. Never stayed anywhere like it before. Lovely and warm hotel. Comfortable beds. Lovely rooms. Our’s had a balcony overlooking the Main Street with beautiful shops, markets and lovely views of the tatra mountains. The hotel has 2 buildings. The original has no lift to access floors but the new building has a lift so if you do have mobility issues you can always send them a message to explain you need a room in the new building which is just across the road. It’s so near. We all loved this hotel and will definitely recommend it to all my family and friends. Thanks very much once again.

Everything was perfect! I don’t have something to say it’s a must if you visit zakopane!!! In the central with great views, with very friendly stuff and very good breakfast! Thank you very much for this great service and stay!!

The smell of the bed cushion was terrible. It needs to be cleaned. The fact that there was no lift to our room- But the luggages were transported up and down the stairs :) The pool opens very late at 12. The receptionists need to be more client friendly- a smile, a nice good morning does wonders- a helpful attitude would improve your ratings. They seemed very busy all the time. A couple of usb drives/c plugs would improve the service. Small milk could have been added next to the tea in the room.

The hotel is on Zakopane’s main road. It has a mountain feel. The room was in the attic with the mountain views. The breakfast is superb as is the restaurant!
