The hotel's parking capacitiy is limited. We could park in the public parking in the street for hourly parking fee (have to pay till 21:00 on workdays). Good thing that on saturday and sunday it's free.

Nice hotel, with good location. Staff is helpful and kind, breakfast is excellent. The restaurant is spectacular, good food with live goral music. It was the 10. time we were in Zakopane, and this hotel is far the best among the previous accomodations we stayed. Recommend.

This hotel was a fantastic find during our travels. Location is absolutely stunning. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The spa facilities (we used the sauna) were excellent. Food was exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool area could do with a refurbishment and is quite tiny - I think its the only thing that let's the hotel down. Really other than that, the hotel should be at least 4 star!

You have to stay here! If you want the authentic, mountain chalet-type experience, you will love this place! It's so picturesque and also right on the main street of Zakopane which was ideal. The room was slightly dated but it was clean, friendly and we think added to the experience! The restaurant is also fabulous here - would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in traditional Zakopane style. The whole property is made of wood inside out. It's located on a main street but the room was quiet. Restaurant serves all traditional dishes which taste homemade 😋. Breakfast is out of this world! You order eggs cooked to your liking plus continental breakfast available.

Our room was facing the main street - a little bit noisy in the middle of the night - but as soon as you close the windows it's bearable.

The hotel is well located on Krupowki Street - the main street for food, drink and souvenirs. The room was big, with plenty of light and a comfortable double bed. Breakfast included in the stay and very tasty - buffet style. The location of the hotel is great - close to the main attraction of Zakopane and also to the train and bus station. Many options for eating well around the street Krupowki. The hotel has its own restaurant, live music every day and the staff is nice and polite.

Swimming pool hours are somewhat limited. Need a waste basket in the room and a mini refrigerator to keep a cold drink or two.

Amazing location, beautiful building inside and out. Views of the mountains out the windows. Extremely clean room, comfortable beds, pleasant staff, one of the best breakfast buffets ever. Delicious.

We stay 2nights and nobody clean The room.. lady just change towels. She didnt take trash,didnt clean front… Water in swimming pól was cold !!! When we arriwed to breakfast there was nothing. I was waiting for more … :/ No fruit for jogurt like banana, pineapple, kiwi, just one type of ham and cheese… some croasaint and cake but not Good :/ i was waiting for bigger standard

Staff were rude especially in the restaurant we stayed for 2 nights our room was not cleaned or made up all the time we were ther no milk for tea and 1 bottle of water was opened and half full when we arrived
