The location of the hotel is excellent: close to the central train and bus station and not far from the old town. The breakfast is satisfactory. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

To enter to the hotel You have to cross the parking and enter form the side part of the building, so the entrance in not very well visible. The pension in located in quite loud area, so one can hear people on the streets at night. The bed was not very comfortable, as it was very low, and the frame of the bed was not covered.

The hotel in very well located in the city center, in walking distance to Warszawa Centralna train station, Marszałkowska Street and Aleje Jerozolimskie. The room was spacious and well equipped. There was a tee set with the kettle and small fridge In the room. The price is comparable to 2* or 3* stars hotel, but definitely here You pay for the centric location.

The women working in the breakfast room are probably the last grumpy people working in the hospitaly industry in Warsaw. Not the best way to start the day.

The location is about as good as it gets in Warsaw, and the price is almost always better that anything comparable in the area. The rooms are fairly basic, but there's a kettle and a fridge, which are both nice touches if you're planning to keep your eating budget to a minimum. The buffet breakfast is limited but absolutely fine, although it's a long walk through several corridors to find it.

Convenient location, quite close to the Central Railway Station (Warszawa Centralna). Quiet and cozy room with all the promised amenities, including an electric kettle.

The buffet breakfast was limited and unimaginative, although for the price it's probably not worth complaining about. Moving the two tables next to the buffet would be a very good idea indeed. Pure chaos. Also, the internet connection wasn't brilliant.

Excellent value, brilliant location, basic amenities, friendly and quintessentially 'Polish' (have a look at the posters on the walls in the breakfast room). The kettle and fridge in the room were a very welcome surprise. Just round the corner from the central train station, it's also a great option if you're leaving town on an early train.

There were no electric outlets to charge devices near the bed and an outlet that was there was unusable.

The staff was very friendly but the room was very basic. It was ok to spend there one night. I needed a triple room with three beds and it was pretty much the only hotel in the area that offered such an option. Breakfast was rather decent.

The location is great. My room had a view to the Palace of Culture and Science, which is within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and even smelled like perfume! Breakfast was great, with a large selection of different foods, and the lady working the kitchen was very welcoming!

It's a vibrant area so there is night life going on, but it didn't cause me any issues at all

Location is great, it was easy to find the hotel and easy to get around. The room is clean and spacious and has everything needed for a short stay. 24h reception was a saviour as I arrived much later vs my planned arrival time.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Very basic breakfast (salami, bread, cheese, eggs and oranges) and same each day. Very noisy fan in bathroom. Old and outdated furniture. No safe.

there is no telephone in the room to obtain information, you have to bend the elevator from top to bottom, which is very slow..
