Overall it was barely acceptable. Wifi was poor, not good for working remotely. Although the company did try to help, but did not work. Bed linens were old and very poor for type of property. May be acceptable for a day or so, but anything longer it lacks many basic things like mop, iron (although waw arrange after requesting), wine glasses etc. The location is great. Flat generally is good. A little investment would go a long way to improve the experience

A bed with wooden sides is not comfortable and quite traumatic. I did get a big bruise. There was a feeling that they only washed the floor and replaced the towels and bedding. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, but the cleaning lady didn't even turn it on ( So we had to make do with the dishes that were there ( We came only for the night with our family and were quite tired from the road. We basically had enough for a bed, a hot shower and towels, but not there were enough glasses and plates with forks and knives.Pay attention to the work of the cleaners.

Modern apartments. There is a hot shower, air conditioning and a microwave oven. Nearby is a beautiful center with office buildings. Also near you can find some products shops.

TV not working at all. Cannot turn on. Very low quality internet connection (very slow) that cannot talk via Whatsup ;c. Smell when you open the door ;c

Love the two bathrooms (shower and bathtube). Skierniewicka with free of charge parking outside, human touch with meeting the personel at lobby opposite to the building.

I thought it was very good, after mixing the photos, we can't recognize our room. Not clean enough, heater not working, no single carpet, even bathroom. No toilet paper. The washing machine is not clean. Overall ok. But my previous appointment was better for this price range.

I could not use Wi-Fi the first day ( it was no information how to find the name of network and password. Advice: just look on the Wi-Fi router it may be information on it). No scoop in the apartment.

the balcony long all apartment vas really amazing… maybe not perfect clean floor but it was really nice. The apartment was pretty clean. I was surprised to find the iron and the laundry drying rack. with two kids it was really what I needed. Dishwasher in the kitchen.

The manager could have shown us where apartment block was situated. No front entrance. Had to ask where the entrance was - behind a gate. Gate was locked and didn't know how to open it. When the manager left office opposite, he left us struggling. We had to wait until someone living there how to open the gate. Bedroom: bed sheets only covered the middle of mattress: top and bottom exposed for head and feet. After one night, ended up on a filthy and stained mattress. Duvet covers open. Rides over the duvet through night, leaving the duvet in contact with the skin. Duvets are not washed after each guest! My wife accidentally dropped some clothing on floor. When she picked it up, it had a big dust ball attached (over a month's worth of dust, at least). She couldn't wear that clothing again. Also stopped walking barefoot. A massive stain on the curtain that didn't look appealing. Didn't want to touch the curtains afterwards! Living Room: Massive red sofa and chair. Chair was stained and packed with remains of previous visitors. Used a bed sheet to cover it to protect clothes and skin. Sofa had a white blanket, but removed it due to hairs from other guests but massive stain on sofa. We laid an extra duvet on it and sat on that. Dropped a pen that fell under the sofa. I threw the pen away once I saw what was clinging to it. Disgusting! Occasional furniture had cigarette burns or was falling apart. Kitchen: The remains of dirty kettle, looked like it was rescued from a rubbish bin. We cooked water in a pan. Worktop exposed to wood. Murky liquid came from rim of warped sink. No chopping board - others had used worktop. We bought a new board. One cup for two people. Broken edging between worktop and wall with bits of old food in it. Hand soap to wash dishes. No tea towel - used hand towel. Filthy windows! Dodgy sockets.

Apartment 73 Avoid. The keys were in one of five lockable boxes attached to the agent's street door. We struggled to find the right box / combination in the dark. The apartment smelt of stake cigarette smoke. It hadn't been properly cleaned and we found stale food in the kitchen. The mattress on the double bed offered no support and we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge. Lighting / lighting fittings were broken. The over bath shower didn't work and even if it had, was located at the wrong end of the bath away from the shower screen. We left as soon as we were able.

The only plus points were clean bedsheets and wifi.

It is first time in my life writing a negative review. 1. I can’t comprehend how can you rent an apartment with non working shower battery. The only way to wash oneself is to fill in the bathtub. 2. Bedroom mattress should be already replaced with a newer one. 3. Missing lights on bathroom. Especially above the mirror. that would be an easy fix. Seems just noone cares. 4. Extreme odor right outiside of the apartment. I assume the agrncy handles multiple apartments in that address. I was an unlucky guest of apt. no 73

We got a different apartment that it was ordered and shown in photos. One of the bedroom was in open space. We were two separate families with children and we need separate, isolated bedrooms. The apartament has stairs, which wasn’t noticed in the order. It was dangerous for our children, we would’t have ordered with stairs. Some of furnite was broken, dishes were dirty, curtains rod was broken, only one of hot plate spot (there were four spots) was working.

You dont get the apartment that is advertised in booking. You get a rough different one. Place is not clean. Got a smell maybe tobacco i would say. Bed mattress soft and flimsy, worn out. Leaky shower. Damaged sockets is a safety issue. Table and chairs are worn out in balcony. I usually dont take hotel rooms with spa and restaurants therefore i get apartments as i want to make my own food. This kitchen is dirty and worn out. Frying pans are burned and maybe 3 yrs old. I didnt want to touch any of it. So i eventually ended up eating expensive, unhealthy takeaways all week. There was a double bed and single bed. Somebody just came in on monday and took the single bed away without my authorisation. Throw all my personal things on my bed and i found a pillow on ground... this is not acceptable at any means. All my personal things was around when somebody came in without asking and without me present in apartment. I satayed in other apartment here in Warsaw last week and it was very nice. Coming from there this place do remind me of road motels in south texas for a 30 dollar a night. But this is 100 dollars a night plus parking... Dont recommend for this price. 40 euros a night would be acceptable without anybody roaming my stuff while i'm away.

The apartment did not have the minimum utensils to be able to use the kitchen. Some of the light bulbs were burned out. Further maintenance was required
