A bathroom with a bath would have been nice, but our shower was great too. We can honestly say we didn't need anything extra or better from our stay.

Everything we wanted for a short stay, excellent room, nice breakfast, pleasant staff. Location is good only a short walk to the heart of Wroclaw, though the road the apartments are on is very noisy if you open the windows, maybe a room at the back would be better.

The elevator wasn't too well positioned, i.e., mid level. Coffee capsules to be bought in reception, but no machine for it in the room.

OMG - the room! I wasn't prepared for such a lavish, beautiful space, particularly for the cost. The bathroom/sunken bath can be it's own post, to be honest. Soaking in that tub after a day of walking all over Wrocław was a holiday in itself <3 Overall, SUCH a pleasure to stay at. Breakfast was fantastic, staff extremely professional and accommodating (I asked if they had balcony room available and was upgraded w/ no issue). Location is quite central and - as I traveled by train - a pleasant 25 minute stroll to the station. Easy entry after hours, and elevator access is always a plus (particularly when traveling w/ luggage). Truly made this trip to Wrocław once of my most memorable. Coffee/tea also available in room, as well as copious towels & storage space.

it needs serious renovations, we stayed an so called luxurious penthouse which would be perfect if it weren’t for dirty walls with some holes, shower was falling apart, one couch was in a very bad condition with leather peeling off all over.Definitely not worth the money in such condition .

The kitchenette could have used a dish rag. You have your pots and pans, though in limited number. You can even clean them, but if you want to dry them, well, you can't. It's not a major issue.

The location was very convenient, close to the Rynek and the heart of Wroclaw. I had the 1 bedroom suite and it was pretty comfortable, especially the sofa in the 'anteroom'. Though the whole set did look better on the website. The staff were kind and polite. Definitely a strength of the place.

Everything was alright.

The room was nice and comfortable. Location is also good and easy to get everywhere. The breakfast was the highlight. Delicious homemade bits and a fresh and crispy assortment of bread every morning. And the staff was so sweet and kind. I truly recommend it.

Takes some time to heat up the room since the heaters are pretty slow and AC takes about an hour to start working. Not all the rooms are fully accessible by elevator , for some there are still half a floor to go by stairs. Reception closes at 22:00.

The staff was really nice and the check-in/check-out process was very fast and easy. The bathroom had heated floor which was amazing. Room was pretty big. Great location in the middle of the city.

Great cozy hotel 🏨 , has an unbeatable location, only a 3 minutes walk to the fantastic Old City of Wrocław. Private parking just on spot, a perfect thing if you come by car. Excellent and fresh breakfast served every morning. The rooms and the hotel’s public places are spotless. One more thing: I just forgot my medicine in the fridge from our room. We left to Warsaw when I realized this, spoked with the hotel and they sent me the medicine through a courier to Warsaw on that very day. Thank you very much for this 👍👍👍

i arrived an hour early than the check in time but there was no reception available at the time and i can't even get in and wait at the lobby so i had to leave and have coffee somewhere else and go back later. there was a personal refrigerator (empty mini bar) though it was not cool enough to have ice cold drinks.

room interiors have style and character. location just right outside old town. breakfast was delicious though might need more options for hot food. complementary water is refreshed every day.

Parking was mildly confusing, however, the hotel staff was very helpful in resolving the issue.
